4u Care is one of the region's disability providers, with an emphasis on a "Why Not?" attitude. We're always excited to work with clients who are passionate about what they do, and 4u Care are extremely passionate about their people and the individuals they support. PROBLEM 4u Care offers tailored support to those living with a disability, and wanted to show the unique connection their support workers have with people to provide experiences which enrich their lives. SOLVD We took the already fun 4u Care brand and sparked new energy with a range of scenarios, showing off the 1:1 connections, and rolled out assets across an end-to-end marketing and media strategy, with both digital and offline channels! Because, Why Not!?

Did you know we have a dedicated Onboarding Team? It means we have the capacity to deep dive into your onboarding, dodge waiting times and making sure we've dotted all our i's and crossed all our t's. Step 1 . Lodge a form (links in comments) - Just wanting to dip your toe in? Lodge a Referral enquiry - it's only 8 quick questions. - Ready to jump right in? Lodge a full Referral form Step 2. We reach out within a day to get to know you better. We develop an understanding what you're after, confirm your proposed start date and any care specifics. Step 3. We meet. An opportunity to put faces to names and talk through questions and concerns. We find there is no substitute for face to face communication! Step 4 . When all the behind the scenes work is done and your start date is confirmed, we will introduce you to your new primary point of contact, a Participant Liaison (community) or a Team Leader (accommodation), who will attend your first support. Step 5. Your new Liaison or Team leader are the connectors between you, your support staff, allied health team and anyone else you'd like in the mix. They're also your go to for day-to-day or longer term changes you want to make to your supports.
