They came away with key insights from some excellent presentations and panel discussions. Dr Basir Mustagnhi from Boston Consulting Group (BCG) shared his expertise about the state of manufacturing in such turbulent times. Among the topics, he explained how #Changemanagement is more important than ever, and #Technology and #Data & #AI are the other key success factors. Other keynotes included Jonathan Weber from SHS - Stahl-Holding-Saar GmbH & Co. KGaA and Chris Steidle from Salesforce. The panel discussions themed around “Successful Sales in Stormy Days” were also a big highlight. Contributors included Katharina Vollmayer (Phoenix Contact), Armin Schnell (ebm-papst Inc.), Doreen Radis (GROHE), Alexander Bartels (Salesfive ), with moderation by Dr Maximilian Schwefer from Salesforce. We thank Sandra Lehnst and Naveen James (pictured) for attending the summit and coming away with such useful information for the entire team.

Variothermal process control can be used to counteract the formation of such surface defects during the process by delaying the solidification of the surface layer. This measure usually results in a significantly higher cycle time. The combination of conformal cooling and integrated temperature sensors enables variothermal temperature control to be used economically. Using the example of a housing component for electrical applications, in this webinar we will demonstrate how heating and cooling times can be minimized and component quality improved by a simulation-based conformal cooling design. • Strategic Marketing & Team Sales Event … on two wheels 🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴 What better way to finish off a big meeting than with a team bike ride!? Starting from the office in Vienna’s 22nd district, the team headed north on a trail beside the Danube River, wheeling past the historical town of Klosterneuburg, and finally peddling uphill (OMG! 🥵️) for some well-earned refreshments in the leafy village of Kritzendorf. 🌳🌲🍎 𝟔 𝐁𝐢𝐠 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬: 1. “Bicycle Race” by Queen is the best cycling song of all time. 2. Tandem bicycles look fun to ride but are tough to peddle. 3. E-bikes work best when switched on. 4. Radler Bier (beer with lemonade) really was made for 𝘙𝘢𝘥𝘭𝘦𝘳 (cyclists). 5. Nothing beats the homemade salads and hospitality in Kritzendorf. 6. You’re never too old for a treehouse. A big thank you to Wolfgang Friedl and Allan Valsky for organizing and hosting the event. 🙏 And three cheers to the entire team for your epic bicycle journey.🥇🥇🥇 #RidingTogether #AchyLegs #TreehousesForEveryone #MoreSaladPlease! #FreddieForever
