Last week, we hosted our third annual customer event and it just keeps getting better each year! 🎉🤝 We welcomed many of our existing NanoOne users here in Vienna for an inspiring exchange of ideas and opportunity for networking. The first day featured insightful presentations showcasing how our NanoOne technology is advancing our customers' work and research, along with a sneak peek at the innovations underway at UpNano GmbH. The day continued with a walking tour of our beautiful city, followed by an authentic experience at a traditional Viennese heuriger, where we enjoyed classic Austrian dishes and wine. We’re highlighting one of our exceptional team leads today for Engineering and Production, Till Jarnot! 🌟   Till’s journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning his BSc and MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Fachhochschule Technikum Wien in Vienna. His passion for 3D printing sparked both from closeness to his father's career as a laser technician and further from a 3D printer he gifted Till for Christmas nearly 10 years ago, igniting an interest in the field.   In 2019, Till joined us at UpNano where he initially started as a development engineer and quickly got to know our machines inside and out. Today, Till has expanded his responsibilities to guide both our engineering partners and internal team, ensuring that every NanoOne printer meets our high standards.   Till plays a crucial role in managing partners, communicating with suppliers, and overseeing production schedules. His expertise ensures that our pre-assembled core machines are perfectly adjusted for optimal performance, a task requiring specialized knowledge that Till and his team excel at.   As a team member and leader, Till fosters a professional yet personable work environment. He values collaboration, encourages open communication, and believes in the importance of having fun while solving problems together.   One of Till’s favorite parts of his job is seeing his CAD designs come to life.
