Es braucht mehr Diversität in den Teams und Führungsetagen 🚀 Andrea, Head of Human Resources der WILD Gruppe zum heutigen #Weltfrauentag Heute feiern wir nicht nur die Errungenschaften der Frauen, sondern reflektieren auch über den Weg, den wir noch gehen müssen. Für mich persönlich bedeutet der Weltfrauentag Unabhängigkeit, Solidarität, emotionale Intelligenz, das Aufzeigen von Potentialen zur Verbesserung sowie mehr Mut und Selbstvertrauen. In der WILD Gruppe haben wir einen guten Anteil an weiblichen Kolleginnen in den verschiedensten Bereichen wie Vertrieb, Business Development, Entwicklung, Qualitätsmanagement, Human Resources, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Produktion mit Montage und Fertigung, Oberflächentechnik, Lager und Logistik. Doch in den Führungspositionen wünsche ich mir eine höhere Präsenz von Frauen! Studien zeigen, dass Unternehmen mit hoher Gender-Diversität profitabler sind und von glücklicheren Teams sowie einer lebendigeren Kultur profitieren. Meine Erfahrung zeigt, dass emotionale Intelligenz und Menschlichkeit in Führungspositionen entscheidend sind, besonders in herausfordernden Zeiten. Frauen haben oft einen hohen Anspruch an sich selbst und streben nach Perfektion, was sie zögern lässt, sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen. Als Unternehmen ist es unsere Verantwortung, flexible Arbeitsmodelle und konkrete individuelle Unterstützung bei der Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf anzubieten. Solche flexiblen Rahmenbedingungen sind nicht nur erleichternd, sondern auch eine wichtige Voraussetzung für zukünftige Führungsrollen.
