Over the past two weeks, our team at Constantia Tobepal Logroño has been actively engaging in recycling initiatives. With express training sessions from ECOEMBES and Servicios Ecológicos Navarra, a creative competition to repurpose disposable materials, and a fun online trivia game, we have boosted our recycling knowledge and practices. More than 60 colleagues participated, demonstrating their creativity and dedication to reducing waste. 50 years in Loipersbach, that's what our Pharma plant in Lower Austria, Constantia Patz, recently celebrated with an Open Day event. The team welcomed families, friends, former employees, and our current staff for a heartfelt celebration. Rainer Huber, Head of Plant at Constantia Patz, shared: "Reaching this milestone fills us with immense pride, and we are delighted to have made this pivotal decision five decades ago. Today, we are a key employer in the region, a testament to our employees' hard work and dedication. I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to everyone at Patz for their tireless efforts in shaping our history." This event, initiated by the new Aluminum Division Leadership in 2023, is dedicated to enhancing safety through experience sharing and fostering stronger connections within the Division. The comprehensive agenda included #HSSE Leadership Training, Machinery Safety Standards, 6S Training, Knife Management and PPE Standards, and a Blue Willis Audit Update, along with a detailed shop floor tour highlighting the new production and storage hall.
