Wow! The atmosphere you’ve created in those caves is incredibly tense, and the creatures are both eerie and challenging. The balance between exploration and survival is spot on. I'm excited to see more games from you—keep up the great work!

Thank you very much I'm going to go watch your video !  if you want you can follow me or look at my profile to see my other games :)

You're welcome! I’d love to check out your other games too! Looking forward to seeing more of your work. 😊

I was able to try Echoes of Darkness out. I've learned to quit going into caves by myself - dangerous idea. Here is chapter 1 and ready to try more chapters.

Thank you, I will look !

Nice short spooky game. Definitely had me feeling a little tense when things started to pop off. Overall 5/5 game :)

The atmosphere is so immersive. I often find myself lost in this world for hours.

The character development in this game is exceptional. with each character feeling like a real person with their own motivations.

The attention to detail is astounding. it's clear a lot of love went into making this game.

This game has become my go-to recommendation for anyone looking for a new game to play.

I will be playing this live tomorrow 5/11 around 630-7 PM EST.

The game is good and has a strong concept of exploring caves in complete darkness with a flashlight and creatures lurking about, reminiscent of the movie The Descent. It's not always easy, catering to players who enjoy exploration in vast areas. Fear is effectively conveyed through the atmospheric sound design. However, some aspects, such as the map system, could benefit from further refinement and improvement.

Thanks for your feedback !

The torch battery ran out very quickly and it was completely black in the cave after the part where I read the map. There should be some kind of access to more light sources or batteries or something. I couldn't work out what as going on without any light. I turned up the brightness on my screen to max in a darkened room and still couldn't see. It would be easier to navigate even somewhat if being close to walls made them visible but I couldn't tell if where I was going or what direction or if I was actually running into walls at points. I hope this is useful feedback. I just couldn't work out what was going on. It would be a huge step up if even in complete darkness there would be some type of visibility or method of being able to continue to navigate, rather than just having to press keys in the hopes of getting somewhere.

Are you sure you tried to turn the flashlight back on with the T key? because normally you can really play for a long time with the battery.

in fact I understood the problem, I will update, it is that you used the backup battery with R instead of pressing T to turn on the flashlight at the beginning, but I had set a duration too short for battery backup. Sorry for this problem, I will update the game today to fix this

Like the overall style of this but where's the cave?

The entrance to the cave was in front of you at 2min27, you should not stay next to the tent but explore the surroundings, the game is not easy but there are visual clues to find where you need to go.

Man I played this game for 5 minutes but I can't figure out where to go and what to do...Maybe add more hint in the beginning? I can tell it's a good one but don't know where to start.

Yes it's not an easy game but at the beginning you have to enter the main cave, the entrance is quite visible and at the end of the tunnel on the left there is a map which shows a little where to go.

Nice this was very good game well done!

Thanks you !
