Blast Tournament

Blast Tournament is a fast paced and intense top down shoot 'em up, in which you are given only 3 rules. Captivating retro stylised graphics with incredibly enthralling synthwave tunes make for a mesmerising flow-state gameplay.
Wipe out all enemies as you survive to progress to the next arena.
Projectiles you fire at enemies will continuously bounce off walls if you miss the target, effectively making them an extra obstacle for you to avoid. Every shot missed, punishes you by adding one more layer to the difficulty.
This game is for you if:
- You enjoy fast paced or intense gameplay
- Go crazy for retro/synthwave style graphics and music
- Care for simple yet fun games
- Appreciate unique game mechanics
Use the WASD keys to move around and the mouse to aim and shoot
Tip: If you are experiencing performance issues when playing games, make sure your device is not set to power saving/performance mode or is plugged in.

Hi there! Found your game some time ago, but I've finally played it. Wanted to write something more serious, however this game is just awesome. I really love small games that do their job cool. Also, I like synthwave, neon graphics and this convex monitor effect. The game is fast-paced, feels really good, has great difficulty balance, nice music that definitely gets you into a flow state. Visuals are cool. Idea with timers is really cool to make you play actively. And I love the idea of simple straight rules and few, but very polished mechanics. Would be nice to see level selection option and sound settings to set volume properly. Maybe looking forward to new levels or new gamemodes and certainly for your new projects. This particular thing is very cool.
Hey! I appreciate you taking the time to play the game, and leaving such detailed feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the game. Yea, the idea was to make something very simple, but execute it properly. I'm not sure which version you played of the game, but the latest one that I uploaded i think 5 days ago, has a bunch of more levels, new enemies, and a new game mechanic. It was fun working on the game, but unfortunately I'm gonna leave it as it is, and move on to new experimental projects. Again, really appreciate this!
Yeah, I played the latest version. Didn't actually check your twitter account where you posted that it's final version. It's a good decision to leave it as that and go on working on something else. Will follow your updates to see some new interesting ideas.
