Summary
When Jack returns from his fateful adventure with the 10th Doctor, he finds that in his absence the Queen has established Ianto as the new Director of Torchwood Three; Gwen has been fired and Retconned, and Owen is on suspension. However, Ianto has hired some new personnel, Torchwood Three works at peak efficiency, and now Jack has to work himself into their trust again.
