Jayce turned to Viktor. “Hi, I’m Jayce. Jayce Talis.” He extended his hand.
Viktor looked at it and raised an eyebrow. “I know who you are. You are the most prolific inventor of our generation. For now.”
Jayce let out an awkward chuckle. “When you say it, you don’t sound all that impressed…”
“I’m not.”
Jayce bit his lip. “I’m sorry, I don’t think I caught your name.”
“Viktor.”
Or, Viktor never made it out of Zaun. Jayce goes to Zaun, meets Viktor, and they work together on Hextech inventions. Surely no one will have any problems with people from Piltover and people from Zaun working together.
