Summary
Starscream isn't dead, after all. But he's on edge, paranoid, convinced that he has to take out all his potential enemies before they can get him first.
He didn't expect the first target he came across to be Blitzwing. Nor did he expect their reunion to play out exactly the way it did.
Needless to say, he didn't end up killing him.
