Out of the corner of his eye, he sees something. A soul. As soon as he turns his attention towards it, it leaps away like a small penguin fleeing a leopard seal, scurrying down into a cavern. It moves quickly and fluidly like a ghost, keeping just out of sight. Poseidon hurries after it. Perhaps it can tell him where Percy is sheltering.
