Huntsmen were the best fighters in Remnant. They fought with power, speed, and an undeniable grace. Jaune Arc fought with none of those things. As far as he was concerned, honor and fairness weren't important. So what if it was mean or 'dishonorable'? In a fight, the only thing that mattered was winning. No matter how much Weiss complained.
