Summary
So there’s one of two possible routes, a secret third one could be buried somewhere.
Kenma tells Tetsurou about how he feels, not his crush, just about this... extra person and Tetsurou reassures him that it’s nothing. But it could also spin off into something and Kenma would have to... support Tetsurou like a good friend.
Kenma doesn’t say anything and just plays his game until Tetsurou falls asleep. Thus pushing off this main story quest conversation down the line. Kenma could certainly find side quests to keep him busy... or distract Tetsurou.
Kenma is not going to think about the secret third route.
Kenma is jealous that Kuroo is spending time with a new student. And will not confess.
