Summary
When the hydro sovereign arrives in Liyue, Zhongli suspects that carrying out judgment isn’t the only reason he has come. After all, he could have sought out any other archon first, but he had come to him, the only dragon beside Neuvillette who still roamed Teyvat. Zhongli decides to make him an offer he can’t refuse: He’ll teach him how to transform into a dragon. All he asks for in exchange is that his trial will take place in Liyue, only between the two of them.
Neuvillette, who has lived in the body of a human his entire life, would do anything to finally find his true form; even spend a considerable amount of time with a man he deeply mistrusts.

I’m so ready for this legendary team up. Hoyo PLEASE make this real. They’re teasing me with a double dragon banner, and giving NO event quest about it (that I know of), and its un-fucking-fair I tell ya.
