During the break, that unknown god(?) brought grander here, Rudger was really fucked now.
Grander had sat near Rudger, making the rest question their relationship.
(using the Manhwa as reference, and yessssss its postedddddd now im so happy)
Selena was the only one who actually knew Grander was Rudger's teacher.
Rudger spoke in a calm tone, so he might as well tell them before it gets revealed by the person
"this is my master, Grander"
Flora and Freuden looked down in curiosity, Flora wondered if Grander was much stronger than the already strong professor, which caused a shiver down her spine, with how harsh and cold Grander was at that moment, the sense and smell of power enveloped her being, in fear and terror, as her eyes shook and glanced else where.
Freuden scoffed as he looked at Grander, it seemed that he(refers to rudger) and his teacher have a more friendly relationship, however why did he do that to Rene if he was treated nicely, perhaps Grander was more than she seems, Freuden knows she is strong, both from Flora's reaction and her glare, it both gave power, Freuden clenched his teeth, why did he do that

Rene and Elendil looked at Grander in amazement, to think she thought the strong professor Rudger? Rene felt like she was a good teacher, she didnt know why, it was just a sense,
Elendil wondered, she was a bit...small? no? Elendil thought that the master of professor Rudger would be...older? she looks really young, younger than professor!
Aiden clenched his hands together, he really really really wants to know how professor Rudger became strong, maybe he could ask Grander?
Chris was more confused, quite like Elendil, while he could feel her overwhelming strength, with how strong Rudger was, Grander mustve thought him since he was young, yet Grander only looked like a teenager, her personality gave a mature sense, but it really made him confused, was it some medical problem? was it a magic problem? ugh its really hard to know.
Elisa hummed in acknowledgement, she could feel the maturity and strength of Grander, knowing she was older than she looked, and much stronger, the stench of blood reached her nose, perhaps she shouldnt draw a conclusion too soon...
their attention drew back to the screen as a sound alerted them too.
"Rudger, Professor Selena, wait a second, please." Said a young voice.
The duo stopped in their track. They were about to leave in order search for the three missing students. A dorm responsible had notified them that three students hadn't returned inside theirs room, after curfew. Both Rudger and Selena didn't waste time and decided to look for them. After the event of the werewolves, the school had become strict on its rules: no students outside theirs room past the curfew.
While they only hoped that it was just three little delinquents who had decided to break the rule and have fun. They couldn't ignore the possibility of more important case.
"Klein, it's past curfew. What are you doing here?" Rudger asked calmly.
Selena didn't say anything, opting for letting Professor Rudger deal with the talented student.
"Well, a little birdie told me that you were about to look for some troublesome students." The ordinary looking teen started with a smile smirk. "Do you know where to start?"
Rudger lifted an eyebrow and responded. "I wonder who this 'little birdie' is. Also, it's not your business, Klein. Go back to your room. Your help is not needed."
Grander huffed in disappointment, pinching Rudger's cheek, causing him to let a little sound
"hey, didnt i tell you to treat us folks gently?"
Rudger really wanted to cry, why should he? they both are monsters! they should treat him kindly!
Flora looked in shock at those two, it was really surprising..seeing the stoic professor get pinched like a child, some of the other students (Aiden and Elendil) tried to held back their laughs, chuckling in the back of their throat.
Elisa focused on the screen, she remembered the incident well, she chuckled
'my...which 'birdie' told our talented student that?'
Surprisingly, the peculiar student didn't react badly and merely chuckled in amusement. "Oh, Rudger, of course, I'm not here to accompany you." Klein looked at Selena before redirecting his gase towards Rudger, with a smile he added. "I don't want to disturb your date."
Rudger's expression darkened, but he said nothing. Meanwhile, a big blush appeared on Selena's face. She hastily tried to cover it with her hand. This is not what it looks like! A date with Professor Rudger!? A date...with Professor Rudger...? Thinking of the possibility, Selena's face became even redder.
"I'm only here to give you something to help you. So, you can have a great date without worrying too much about the three students." Klein continues, uncaring of the internal turmoil of Selena, or the deadly look of Rudger. "Rudger, I want to lend you my artifact. It will be of great help. Plus I had promised you to lend some day."
Rudger blinked. An artifact? What was he talking about.
Chris almost spat out the tea he was drinking, well, since it was a dream, he could drink anything he wants!
."How did Klein have an artifact? he mustve been a ruined noble, yet he has been handed an artifact, which, in itself, is extremely rare even in famous noble families"
Chris struggled not to shout it out, the principal and other nobles were there, he was NOT risking his reputation.
Elisa spoke aswell, with a small hum
,"My, im also quite curious, perhaps you could tell us? Mr rudger~?"
Rudger didnt want to answer that, but he decided something,
"im sure that this will be answered later in the reaction"
Elisa hummed, amused at his sentence, before leaning back into her chain, not minding her talented professor's words
"What artifact?" The stoic man asked.
Klein took off his bag, that neither Rudger nor Selena had remarked, a silver, ancient mirror. It was in good condition, and the two symbols at both sides of the mirror gave the impression of two eyes.
"Let me present you, Arrodes. It's the name of the spirit creature inside of the mirror. Arrodes is a talking mirror that can answer all of your questions. In exchange, you need to respond, sincerely, to any of its questions." Klein briefly explained.
Rudger's eyebrows went up slightly. Now he remembers Klein had said that he would lend something that could answer any of his questions. So it's that. But, why now? He didn't expect Klein to lend, Arrodes in such situation. Was it the right time? Surely, he can borrow it another time for his own gain.
"That is an impressive artifact." Selena commented. If Arrodes was truly capable of answering any questions, then it's a priceless artifact that everybody would want to have. And it's under the possession of a child. "Where do you get it, Klein?" Selena asked gently. How did such an artifact end in his hands?
Selena brightened up, remembering this day!
"yes! i remember this! it was really fascinating, to think such a thing came from the spirit realm! it could answer anything..with the exchange of them asking a question...haha,"
her words faded as she remembered the stuff the mirror asked Rudger...it was embarrassing..Selena felt sorry for Mr Rudger, since they'll see that part...
Aiden spoke with an impressed tone,"wow!! Klein has such an item?! thats super cool!!, i wonder how he got it...i really want to ask it alot of stuff!"
Rene spoke with him,"Yes! me too, i wonder if it can answer what i will eat tomorrow?."
Elendil spoke back,"i dont think a mirror can talk about the future"
Rene spoke back with strength,"We can never know!"
Chris banged his fist against the arm of the chair, before flinching at the pain, and softly said, not wanting to embarrass himself more.
"This artifact held by student Klein, its valuable, its priceless, so how did it end in Klein's hands? and when did this artifact exist? with its power, it mustve been more known"
Grander sat silently with Rudger, She herself doesnt know what Klein is, he wasnt human, perhaps he had taken it in other ways? however she should let her student answer, considering the fact she probably can ask the mirror about her father, she has no other use for it.
Rudger sighed,"Klein said he got it as a gift"
Chris almost spat his tea again, really, who gives a priceless artifact as a gift, its not like it was throwable like its a useless item, his head really was going to break and go insane, it makes no sense!!
while chris was having a mental breakdown, Flora rubbed her chin with her fingers, Klein must have powerful relationship with strong mages, or spirit contractors, otherwise who else would give such a gift, the presence of the mirror overloaded her sensitive mind, she spoke softly, to Professor Rudger,"Excuse me, Professor, may i know who gave him the artifact?"
Rudger didnt know either, he was so pissed by the mirror he never asked who gave it, he spoke back to Flora, "Klein hasnt told who has got him the gift, to perhaps ensure that the person who gave it wouldnt be known,"
He didnt know either, but bullshit does the job as Flora returned back to her thinking pose.
Elisa spoke with curiousity," My my, Student Klein mustve been very popular, to get a gift like this? how far does his relationships go?~"
Rudger definitely wont respond to that, he himself didnt know, why should he inform the little information he knows to other people? he wasnt going to do that, no way.
Elisa chuckled as the quiet Rudger, her talented professor wasnt answering her, raising her suspicion and curiosity.
Grander leaned to Rudger, her voice calm,"Disciple, that person has raised her suspicion, do you think that he would be alright?"
"knowing him, probably"
"i suppose if you trust him, it would make sense"
"and either way, you know well how old he mustve been, theres no way he wouldnt know what to do"
Grander nodded, before returning back to viewing the black rectangle infront of them (remember, tvs dont exist, nor do screens)
"It's a gift from someone." Klein responded.
A gift? Who is this someone? And why gift that? Perhaps Arrodes is not that great? Timidly, Selena asked. "Can I try it?"
"Of course." Klein took the mirror with both hands and presented it in front of Selena. "Ask it anything." He instructed.
"O-okey. Um..." Selena didn't know what to ask. "Well, um, Arrodes? Can you tell me where are the three missing students?"
Suddenly, the surface of the mirror darkened before showing a scene. It was inside a bar, three male teenagers were sitting around a table full of cards, and they seemed to be playing a game with not very kind looking older men. The scene changes to show a sign. It was the same of the bar.
The mirror darkened once again and became normal. Selena and Rudger looked at it stunned. How is it possible? Are the kids really here?
Suddenly, on the surface of the mirror, bloody letters appear like they were written in real time. "It's my turn to ask a question: what is your favorite color?"
Such a simple question. Selena didn't respond at first, still shocked by the performance of the mirror. "I-it's pink."
The bloody letters were erased and replaced by other ones. The speed of apparition of the letters was faster than before. It was like the mirror was excitedly talking.
Aiden and Rene looked up in shock, it really could answer anything!
Aiden spoke to Rene and Elendil
"It really knows everything! i wonder what spirit is contained in it? and the magic it uses, im really curious."
"me too! it feels so strong and cool, and it even shows images of where they are, do you think if i ask it where my house was, it would show it?"
"definitely! its omniscient! it knows everything!!!"
Elendil looked at the 2 blabbering their thoughts away, while silently agreeing.
Freuden looked down at his lap, he was incredibly curious, on why that student, with such a relationship with him, has this item, even he doesnt know...Freuden is very suspicious of Klein.
Chris coughed into his hand, understanding the potential of the artifact, its a strong artifact even rank 7 mages would want to obtain, with its knowledge and overseeing,it was omniscient, its surprising to think it was a spirit artifact, as far as his knowledge goes, spirits arent so knowledgable, nor strong, nor do they have a voice, well, more so weaker spirits, if it was a strong spirit...then it was possible to speak..how strong is arrodes?
Elisa looked down at Rudger, collecting such things left and right, it was really great idea for Rudger to join her school, haha
"Great Master, did Arrodes did great?" The mirror asked.
Klein chuckles. "You did great, Arrodes." He praised.
One the mirror's surface appeared drawing of confetti and a happy emoticon. Arrodes was happy to be praised.
Klein makes eye contact with Rudger and shoves the talking mirror in his hands. "You will need it." He simply said before leaving.
Rudger looked, bewildered, at the retreating student. Arrodes already revealed the location. They don't need it anymore. Do they?
The mirror in his hands started shaking. "I, the Great Arrodes, shall lends you some help, as the Great Master had instructed. Praise his benevolence and kindness, you inferior human!"
Inferior human? This mirror is something. If it keeps talking like that, Rudger would have some words to say to it AND its Master.
Selena chuckles amused. Rudger sighs. Arrodes just started talking, but Rudger already knows he won't like its attitude. God, he hopes they won't need to ask anything to it.
Grander laughed at Rudger, surprised by the attitude of Arrodes to Rudger, and Rudgers thoughts.
"bwahahahah! Disciple! its an amazing mirror! putting you in place!"
her hand started pinching Rudger's cheek again, really, he really hated Arrodes right now, maybe he shouldve thrown that mirror the first chance he got!
Elendil bursted out in laughter aswell, she could NOT handle the fact the mirror disrespected professor Rudger like that!
Unfortunately, fate was not on his side tonight. Ever since he was born, it was never on his side to begin with.
Rudger and Selena stumbled on both Flora and Renei. They were out, together, for some reason. Which is very weird since Rudger knows they don't interact with each other. The two students revealed to be on the track of bad guys with whom the three missing students had ties.
What a coincidence. After scolding and arguing with them. Rudger had accepted for the two girls to accompany him and Selena on this little mission.
He had insisted on leaving the matter to the authorities. This is not something two teenagers girls should worry about. Unfortunately, against theirs wills, they ended up being involved in the matter. It was not a small one. Humans trafficking. What a wonderful night.
One of three missing students ended up being kidnapped. They had to ask Arrodes for help. Then, they had to ask for its help again. And again, and again. Until they arrived at the current situation.
"When you met Great Master for the first time, have you ever fantasized about having an intimate relationship with him?" Arrodes asked for the third time.
Silence filled the room...
Grander spoke to Rudger with a short laugh
"didnt know you liked older men,"
Rudger very well DID NOT LIKE BOTH YOUNG OR OLD MEN, HECK HE DIDNT LIKE MEN! HE LIKES WOMEN!!
it was a whisper to Rudger before a riot was sent behind him.
Chris spoke in a flabbergasted tone, it was proven they didnt think of eachother like that before, so why is that mirror asking such stuff, and why does it even ask that!?
"RUDGER! having such innappropriate thoughts are inhumane and horrible! to have sexual thoughts and fantasies about your student is irreputable and wrong! to think you, a well known professor, had such THOUGHTS,"
Rudger wanted to plug his ears and sleep, he didnt want to listen to Chris's rambling any longer. before he could even respond, another voice rung out.
Elisa spoke elegantly and teasingly,"My my Rudger, to think that mirror would ask you such a question, you had such thoughts? i thought your relationship was just student-teacher, but to think ill see this~"
Rudger knew she was just teasing him, knowing well its probably not the truth, but he cant help but slump back into his chair.
Freuden glared at Rudger, sure, perhaps Klein mightve been a talented and smart student, however he had such thoughts about Klein? how despicable, wrong and unruly, killing Rene's mother and now seducing a student? despicable despicable despicable!
Flora, Aiden and Elendil had their jaws dropped, literally, why kind of question did that mirror ask?!!, Flora remembered the scene of Klein on Professor Rudger's lap..maybe..no! NO! no way did professor had such feelings, 0, no way!
Elendil unexpectantly looked in Rene's direction and asked,"do-do you believe this ,Rene???"
"no, i actually cannot, both the fact the mirror asked that, and the fact that professor mightve thought and imagined that"
"s-should we not be listening to this?"
"definitely, do you think professor will get angry?"
Aiden answered that part,"i hope not, but professor looks really angry..."
the students shivered at the thought of a pissed off professor Rudger.
Rudger could answer the question, other than Selena, nobody knows who the Great Master is. But, won't it feed to the rumors circulating?
Rudger's answer is 'yes'. He did fantasize about it. He was not proud. It's very embarrassing. For his defense, Klein was an extremely beautiful woman when they met, and he is just a man. However, nobody knows that. So, if he answers, Selena will associate with the response the image of current Klein. Making things weird. Rudger doesn't want that.
Plus, nothing guarantees that they won't find out that Klein is the Great Master. If they find out. Rudger will not be able to look at any of them in the eyes.
He could avoid answering and takes the punishment and voila. But what if the next question is something similar? No, Rudger will let somebody else do it.
Ahhh fuck it! Rudger opened his mouth to respond...
soon, confusion ran through the room,...
Selena asked softly, "Klein was...was a woman? did he , or umm, she dress up as a man?"
Rudger roughly said, Klein definitely wasnt a woman genetically, after all, he even asked and Klein said he was born a man!
Elisa spoke , stopping any chance of Rudger doing so," Perhaps an illusion magic? with how strong his knowledge runs, it mightve been that when professor Rudger and Klein met, Klein used illusion magic on him~?"
ugh, Rudger thinks is wasnt an illusion, since he could feel Klein's hand when he was a woman and could hold it, wait, that sounds a bit weird.
Aiden spoke now,"Maybe shapeshifting!? because Professor Rudger and Klein both found out about space time magic! so could they also find out about shapeshifting magic?"
Rudger liked what Aiden said, because it made more sense and it didnt need him to explain, should he just go along with it?
Grander spoke to Rudger,"i do think its about shapeshifting aswell, as from the pictures shown, it wasnt an illusion, and in no way any magic knows, so the most proper answer would be shapeshifting,"
Selena spoke softly,"and with the spirits, they mightve helped Klein,"
Rudger could only nod,"Indeed, Klein had revealed himself in a woman form, i do not like young children, nor do i like men, i was merely tricked"
please please please just silence up
finally, they quieted down, Chris ran his hand against his hair...atleast Rudger didnt like young children...
a voice rang
[BREAK TIME!!!]
