Ever since Osamu Dazai; the person who had enlightened Chuuya Nakahara’s world, had left his job as a mafia in Port Mafia, nothing had, is or ever will be the same. And slowly but surely,Nakahara’s mental as well as physical health starts deteriorating due to the so-called “god” screaming,yelling and screeching in his brain; Arahabaki to the point he can’t take it anymore.

Or; ever since Dazai left, Arahabaki’s constant yelling and screaming caused Chuuya to slowly but surely worsen his mental health until he can’t take it anymore :]
