Kyoko's Pov
Monokuma : "You've got it right! The one behind the Love Letter scheme is none other than Makoto Naegi!"
Junko : "But why? Who go that far as to manipulate Toko and injure yourself for a silly love letter?"
Makoto : "If it were that simple, I wouldn't have done it..."
Chihiro : "It's not that simple?"
Makoto : "Well, as you already know, Sayaka was on the plan with me."
Mondo : "Oh yeah! Now that you mention it, why did she accept to help you?"
Sayaka : "As a famous Idol, my family, my friends and my fans's support is very valuable to me. And in return, I'm willing to support them back."
Celeste : "And since the two of you already got along since the first day due to being old acquaintance..."
Leon : "You naturally accepted to help him. But why frame me of all people?"
Makoto : "Considering the options I have, you were the best choice I could have."
Byakuya : "Explain in detail, Naegi!"
Makoto : "The letter was aimed at Kyoko. And since I don't know every girl's sexuality, I can't take the risk of framing one of them. So I have to pick a boy. Then, considering the boys I can frame. I can rule out Chihiro, Mondo and Kiyotaka since they're always together. Byakuya and Yasuhiro doesn't look like they'd fall in love with anyone. And lastly, Hifumi is usually seen, working for Celeste."
I could hear from the corner, Toko mumbling about Makoto
"Preposterous, Byakuya wouldn't fall in love with anyone but me. Master Byakuya is mine."
Makoto : "It doesn't leave me with much option but to frame you, Leon. I'm sorry about that."
Leon : "No offense taken. No worries"
Makoto continues his story.
Makoto : "When I learned that a class trial would be held and a punishment would be involved. I understood how serious it would be."
Aoi : "So you knew you'd starve for 2 days if you were caught?"
Makoto : "Well, Monokuma told me that the punishment would be harsh but he didn't told me what it was."
Kiyotaka : "I can imagine how on edge you must've been."
Makoto : "As to that "reward" I spoke of in Toko's letter, I knew she would take it harshly if she knew it wasn't Byakuya. So what I did was...attack her from behind and knock her out, forcing Genocide Jack to wake up and injured myself in front of her."
Chihiro : "T-That's...Way too far!"
Yasuhiro : "How about you just don't bother with the love letter at all?"
Makoto : "Do you not understand? We're forced to fall in love with each other and the only way to confess is through this stupid love letter! If this wasn't necessary then I wouldn't have bothered at all!"
Yasuhiro's comment made Makoto angry.
Makoto : "I came up with the letter scheme on my own...Sayaka is the one that volunteered to help. I'm still grateful for that. But now... I'm ready.... to take punishment."
Monokuma : "You don't have to tell me twice! Now, I decree Makoto's punishment starts now! He can't eat food nor drink water for 48 hours!"

The next think I knew, I was already laying down on my bed in my room.
....
I can't help but worry about Makoto.
Starving for 2 days is something serious after all.
I'll check up on him.
With that in mind, I leave my room and ring his doorbell.
It took a few moments for him to open the door.
Makoto : "Oh! Kiri? Come in!"
He lets me enter his room as I sit down on his bed. I could tell he wanted to make me some space but I lightly tap the spot next to me, asking him to sit next to me.
He lightly blush and sit down next to me.
I wanted to speak but I realized that my face was growing redder
Kyoko : "I...I wanted to thank you for the letter."
Makoto : "O-Oh! Well. I'm glad. I'm still sorry for trying to trick everyone."
Kyoko : "Don't blame yourself. This is part of Monokuma's game."
My heart rate has increased. Is this what Makoto feels when he's around me?
Kyoko : "I'm glad to be by your side too, Makoto."
Makoto : "W-Wait! You mean that-"
Kyoko : "Yes. The feeling is mutual, Makoto."
I place my hand on top of his. He looks happy.
Makoto : "Wow....I really am lucky."
Kyoko : "Indeed. That's why you earned the title of Ultimate Lucky Student after all. I love you."
I gently ruffle his hair. It's so soft. I can see his blushing growing stronger.
Makoto : "S-Stop... It's embarrassing."
Kyoko : "Alright, I'll stop. I'll take care of you from now on."
Makoto : "Take care of me? I'm no baby, you know?"
Kyoko : "Don't you want to spend quality time with your new girlfriend?"
His blush grows even stronger to the point of stuttering.
Makoto : "Huh? W-What? G-Girlfriend? I-I mean... I-I don't mind b-but what about you? D-Do you mind?"
For teasing purposes, I give a soft peck on his cheek. He grows even more embarrasses, but he catches on.
Makoto : "S-Stop teasing me Kiri!"
Sayaka's Pov
I was on my way to check up on Makoto. But I noticed that the door was already open. I slowly open it a little to see my way through and that's when I noticed it.
Kyoko teasing Makoto.
It seems more in a friendly way and she doesn't seem mad at him concerning the class trial. Wait! Is she blushing?
It seems the best outcome for him! That she loves him back.
I'm still concerned about for the punishment but I trust she'll take care of him.
With that in mind, I go back to my room.
The day is over.
