Summary
Peter looked away from the boy and glanced around at the mess on his floor, summoning circle and all. "It's the best I could do with what I had."
"Well," the boy huffed, pushing himself up to his elbows. "You were gone for days, I would've expected you could do a little better than that."
Peter turned and stared down at the boy. "Mmh. What's your name, you ungrateful little shit?"
The boy stared up at him and his features took on a vindictive expression that actually impressed the man. "What the hell is your name, you psychopathic fucking alcoholic?"
Oh... This was going to be fun.

Derek gets a girlfriend, leaving Peter spiraling down a steep slope of depression alone in the loft... At least, he thought he was alone. Turns out, a ghost has been squatting in the loft, and it took him a few days to realize.
