Suletta loses herself in looking at her girlfriend again, gaze running over her pretty hair and eyes and smile again and again like a homesick sailor who can’t believe they’re finally home and needs to commit every detail of it to memory. She takes note of every little change from two weeks ago, her mussed hair and the bags beneath her eyes. Her heart clenches. Miorine’s never looked so beautiful.
Thoughtlessly, she leans in to kiss her. Miorine’s eyes sparkle and she quickly whispers, holding up a hand between them. “Wait, not here,” The smile is still bright on her face as she glances at their friends. “We should get somewhere private. I have a lot I want to do with you.” Her eyes flick back to Suletta’s, a promise in them. Suletta nods, then blushes as the words fully sink in.

After two weeks away on official GUND-Arm business, Miorine returns to a very excited Suletta. What starts as an enthusiastic welcome home escalates.
