Summary
Phoenix was quick and ruthless, silencing their prey before they even had a chance to scream. Their hair fanned out behind them, and Tartaglia couldn’t tell where it ended and the spilled blood began. He blinked, the image seared onto the back of his eyelids, and when he opened his eyes again, Phoenix was gone.
