Two entire weeks. That was how long M/n had been out according to Will. M/n had gone silent, talking to no one after that. However he was never alone. There was always someone there.
Either Nico or one of Nico's mates was with him at all times. Though he supposed he should really call them Nico's other mates now. However M/n did not want to be reminded of the fact he now mated to Nico too and carrying his child. Even less though did he like that fact he was all of theirs mate on paper.
Even though he only had one mating mark he now legally had 5 mates who were alphas. He learned this from listening to Will speaking with Jason and Percy, another of Nico's mates, while they thought he was asleep. He just wanted to get out of there. He knew he couldn't escape or truly be free again but he didn't want to spend the entire rest of his life in a hospital.
Three days after he woke up Will came into the room with Leo, Nico's last mate. They were beaming. After the entered Nico soon came in with a wheel chair. "You ready to go home?", says Will enthusiastically.
M/n's head snaps up. M/n speaks for the first time in 3 days. "My apartment?", he says hopefully. Will grinned but shook his head. "No, dude. You are going to live with us now. It's better for you and the baby if we're in reach.", says Leo happily.
M/n flinches. He still hadn't come to terms with being pregnant, or well any of it. The alphas see this and their expressions softens. "It's okay. We're not gonna hurt or pressure you. I only... Did it to prevent you from dying. It'll never happen again without your explicit permission. I know you don't quite trust us but we're good people. I promise. Not everything is black and white, Omega.", says Nico quietly.
"M/n.", says the omega simply. Nico, Will, and Leo blink at him. "If I'm stuck you please just call me by my name at least. I don't like being called omega. It's what I am. Not who I am.", says M/n.
Leo grins, Nico smirks, and Will laughs. M/n raises an eyebrow. "We've simply been calling you omega all this time despite knowing your name because we were told omegas typically liked being called that and only allow mates and trusted friends to call them by their names. We forgot though that you aren't typical. I think I like M/n much better then omega.", says Will.
M/n just looks at him but his lips twitch up a fraction. He does not know what to say. Leo lifts M/n out of the hospital bed and into the wheelchair.
They wheeled him out of the hospital room and down the corridor. They got into an elevator and descended. They M/n was pushed into a car lot. They walk the wheelchair over to a very nice SUV. They help M/n inside.
He's surprised at how gentle and kind these alphas are being. He hopes it is not a ploy to get him to lower his guard though. Something about their niceness seemed wrong but he didn't know if it was because they were alphas or if they we're tricking him. Could have even been both he realized.
Nico climbed into the seat next to M/n. Will and Leo get up front. Leo immediately turns on the radio and puts it on full volume. M/n shifted uncomfortably. The music was to much as Will started driving. Nico leaned forward and turned it down 3/4 of the way so it was at normal volume.
Leo shot Nico a dirty look. "It was distressing, M/n, with the volume. Plus when the baby arrives they can't have a lot of loud noises or they'll cry.", Nico says crossing his arms.
"He's right.", says M/n unthinkingly. For once he didnt cringe at the thought he was pregnant. Nico's lips twitch and Will smiles. Leo was still pouting over his music to notice.
