Ice Queen

Premise: Ice Queen is a military musical animated series set in the same universe as Bloody Roses. The show follows the journey of Weiss Schnee, the heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, as she is accepted into Atlas Academy and has to get used to life in a military school while figuring out a conspiracy that could destroy Atlas. The themes of service, duty, and family are the main themes of this series.
Location: The series will be set in the city of Atlas within the Kingdom of Atlas. Technically, Atlas is two cities, one being Atlas that floats in the sky and the other being Mantle which is bunkered down below Atlas. Atlas is mostly inspired by a futuristic Manhattan while Mantle is a rundown version of Brooklyn. Common locations include Atlas Academy, the Schnee Manor, and Polendina Laboratories.
Characters:
Weiss Schnee: The protagonist of Ice Queen. The heiress to the Schnee Dust Company, Weiss decides to enroll in Atlas Academy to follow in the footsteps of her elder sister. As she grows to understand how military life works, she ends up uncovering a conspiracy that could bring an end to Atlas. Her intelligence shines as she investigates the conspiracy. After defeating the conspiracy, Weiss is given a secret assignment by the headmaster and leaves Atlas.
Winter Schnee: The elder sister of Weiss and a Specialist within the Atlesian Military. A no-nonsense type of person, she prefers to go by the book and gets easily frustrated at Weiss not understanding military life straight away. Deep down however, is a kindhearted woman who only wants the best for her younger sister. She gets wounded in the battle against the conspiracy and develops amnesia as a result. By the end of the series, she abandons the military and is courted into The Crown.
James Ironwood: The headmaster of Atlas Academy and the General of the Atlesian Military. A strict leader and a calm man, James sees potential in every student, including Weiss. He is also a tad self-conscious, not liking to reveal his cybernetic prosthetics to his soldiers and students. When he discovers the conspiracy, he is outraged and heartbroken by the betrayal. Following the battle with the conspiracy, he is allowed to keep his position and sends Weiss out on a secret assignment.
Penny Polendina: An android student at Atlas Academy and one of the first friends Weiss makes at Atlas. A bubbly girl, she gravitates to Weiss as she understands how difficult navigating the norms of the military. She gets annoyed by her father's overprotectiveness and doesn't take well to others messing around in her systems. Once she learns about the conspiracy, she works with Weiss to defeat the conspiracy. Once they are defeated, Penny is assigned to protect Mantle along with the Happy Huntresses.
Ciel Soleil: A student at Atlas and another of Weiss' friends at Atlas. A punctual girl, Ciel makes sure that she and her friends are at class on time. She admires Winter to a great extent, much to Weiss' amusement. It is later revealed that she was brainwashed by the conspiracy, forcing her to do their bidding. She is eventually killed during a battle against Penny, greatly affecting her friends. She is fondly remembered by the characters and her grave is shown in the epilogue.
Flynt Coal: An upperclassman at Atlas and leader of Team FNKI. He greatly enjoys playing his trumpet, even being the one who wakes up the rest of his classmates every morning. He despises Weiss and her family, due to the fact that the SDC ran his family's dust shop out of business which caused his father to commit suicide. It is later revealed that he, alongside the rest of Team FNKI, were brainwashed by the conspiracy to do their bidding. Once the battle is over, he is expelled from Atlas and goes into the music industry, becoming a famous trumpet player.
Neon Katt: An upperclassman at Atlas and a member of Team FNKI. An even more bubbly and excitable girl, Neon has a knack for pranks and tricks. As a cat Faunus, she has a lot more to lose and is greatly doubtful of herself due to the racism against her. It is later revealed that she, alongside the rest of Team FNKI, were brainwashed by the conspiracy to do their bidding. Once the battle is over, she is expelled from Atlas and forced back into working in the dust mines, albeit with some protection from Weiss.
Kobalt Savoy: An upperclassman at Atlas and a member of Team FNKI. A serious man, he takes everything seriously and doesn't like interruptions. He explains some military lingo to Weiss and, by extension, to the audience. It is later revealed that he, alongside the rest of Team FNKI, were brainwashed by the conspiracy to do their bidding. Once the battle is over, he is expelled from Atlas and goes into the movie business, becoming a well-known movie star.
Ivory Silber: An upperclassman at Atlas and a member of Team FNKI. A hotheaded man, Ivory believes he can beat everyone in the school, despite Kobalt saying he can't. He's also a bit of a womanizer, hitting on every woman he sees including Weiss and Winter. It is later revealed that he, alongside the rest of Team FNKI, were brainwashed by the conspiracy to do their bidding. Once the battle was over, he is expelled from Atlas and goes back to living with his parents. His last scene is him changing his mother's diaper.
Robyn Hill: A graduate of Atlas Academy and the leader of the Happy Huntresses. A strong woman, Robyn hates how Atlas looks down on Mantle and strives to protect it. She has a dislike of James, in part to their old rivalry from their school days. She was initially investigating the conspiracy alone before bringing in her team. When the battle against the conspiracy begins, she leads the Happy Huntresses to help Weiss. Once the battle is over, she and the Happy Huntresses continue to defend Mantle, albeit with Penny by their side now.
Fiona Thyme: A graduate of Atlas Academy and a member of the Happy Huntresses. Having a bleeding heart, she cannot stand how Mantle is looked down upon and strives to better the hellhole of a city. Being a sheep Faunus, she is met by racism every day and is greatly scared by the dust mines. She joins the Happy Huntresses during the battle against the conspiracy. Once the battle is over, she and the rest of the Happy Huntresses continue to defend Mantle, albeit with Penny by their side now.
May Marigold: A graduate of Atlas Academy and a member of the Happy Huntresses. Ousted by her rich family for coming out as trans, she hates the Atlesian upper crust and their prejudicial views. She despises Weiss due to her coming from a rich family. She eventually comes to respect Weiss, due to her sympathizing with Mantle's struggles. She joins the Happy Huntresses in the battle against the conspiracy. Once the battle is over, she and the rest of the Happy Huntresses continue to defend Mantle, albeit with Penny's help.
Joanna Greenleaf: A graduate of Atlas Academy and a member of the Happy Huntresses. A stoic woman, she dislikes the Atlesian military and their disregard for Mantle. She, however, doesn't extend this hatred to students, as they aren't full members yet. She joins the Happy Huntresses in the battle against the conspiracy. Once the battle is over, she and the Happy Huntresses continue to defend Mantle, albeit with Penny's help.
Sleet Pureman: A member of the Atlas Council and the main antagonist of the series. Seemingly a professional man who cares for every citizen whether rich or poor, he is nothing but a cunning and jealous man. He despises the Atlesian military for holding all the power and covets that same power for himself. He creates the conspiracy to undermine the military and to establish a new regime under his control, only for it to be thwarted by Weiss and her allies. He attempts to escape justice by leaving Atlas city but is promptly devoured by wandering Grimm.
Camilla Silber: A member of the Atlas Council and Ivory's mother. Seemingly a brave woman who cared for her son and country, she is just a cowardly woman who'd sell out her own son to save her own skin. When she discovered Sleet's plot all those years ago, she joined him out of fear and began to gather resources and allies to his plan. She is later lobotomized as punishment for her part in the plan, her mind reverting to that of a toddler. By the end of the series, she is essentially an overgrown toddler who needs her son to watch over and care for her.
Clover Ebi: A Specialist in the Atlesian Military and the leader of the Ace Operatives. A lighthearted guy, he values his teammates and cares greatly for his country. He is seen as an inspiration to all of Atlas and is one of the most popular men there. It is later revealed that he, along with the rest of the Ace Operatives, defected to the conspiracy to attain more power. During the battle against the conspiracy, he gets paired off with Winter. He wounds her greatly and is ready to kill her, but Winter causes some ice to fall onto him and kills him.
Harriet Bree: A Specialist in the Atlesian Military and a member of the Ace Operatives. A competitive woman, Harriet enjoys spending time with her teammates and cares greatly for her country. She is known as the fastest Huntress in Atlas. It is later revealed that she, along with the rest of the Ace Operatives, defected to the conspiracy to attain more power. When she learns Clover was killed during the battle against the conspiracy, she goes crazy and tries to kill everyone. After the battle, Harriet is locked up within the St. Nicholas Mental Asylum for the Criminally Insane.
Marrow Amin: A Specialist in the Atlesian Military and a member of the Ace Operatives. The new guy on the team, Marrow has a lot to learn to live up to expectations. He is adored by the Faunus of Atlas, seen as someone who persevered through the racism of Atlas to join its most prestigious team. It is later revealed that he, along with the rest of the Ace Operatives, defected to the conspiracy to attain more power. After the battle against the conspiracy, he is dishonorably discharged from the military and exiled to the dust mines. He is last seen being beaten up by a supervisor as his fellow Faunus look away.
Elm Ederne: A Specialist in the Atlesian Military and a member of the Ace Operatives. A tough woman, she has a kind and good nature. She is quite a loud person; despite what some people say she should be. It is later revealed that she, along with the rest of the Ace Operatives, defected to the conspiracy to gain more power. After the battle against the conspiracy, she is dishonorably discharged from the military and is imprisoned at the Glass Unicorn Maximum Security Prison. She is last seen getting raped by two female inmates who she calls "mommy".
Vine Zeki: A Specialist in the Atlesian Military and a member of the Ace Operatives. A calm and tranquil man, Vine is considered the most level-headed of the group. He believed that self-improvement was the highest pursuit. It is later revealed that he, along with the rest of the Ace Operatives, defected to the conspiracy to gain more power. When the battle was over, Vine chose to end his life, not wanting to experience whatever humiliation awaited him.
Jacques Schnee: Weiss' father and the CEO of the Schnee Dust Company. An ambitious man, he tended to consider the growth of his company more than his family. While the company does take more of his time and effort, Jacques does truly care for his family. When he discovered that the conspiracy was embezzling money from both his company and his family, Jacques was outraged and wanted the conspiracy gone. He was eventually killed defending his wife and son, leaving an honorable memory for his family.
Willow Schnee: Weiss' mother and an influential socialite. A drunkard, Willow tends to avoid the world in place of her drunken imagination. Prior to her alcohol addiction, she was a respected socialite known for her extravagant parties. When she discovers about the conspiracy and the danger it posed for her family, Willow was willing to get out of her stupor and defend her family. Once the battle was over, she returned to the socialite world and was working on getting out of her alcoholism.
Whitley Schnee: Weiss' younger brother and chess champion. An arrogant boy, Whitley tends to be a bit of a showboat and not care for everyone else. He is also an amateur actor, being able to impersonate his grandfather. When he discovers the conspiracy, he becomes a useful ally against them. Once the battle is over, he becomes the new CEO of the Schnee Dust Company.
Pietro Polendina: Penny's father and a brilliant scientist. A renown engineer, Pietro loves his work and his daughter. While he is surprised about Penny being friends with a Schnee, he is happy that his daughter found a friend in Atlas. When he discovers the conspiracy used his research for their plot, he joins in the effort to annihilate the conspiracy. He dies while hacking into the conspiracy's systems to foul their plot.
