Chapter Text
Harry logged in and stretched out.
"Hey, everyone, thank you all for watching. Revision isn't going too well, my Healer yelled at me today for trying to brew a potion. I caused an explosion but I maintain that if he hadn't startled me then I wouldn't have blown up the cauldron, I was doing so well until he startled me." he sighed. "As for my spellwork, I just feel that I'm not going fast enough. I have a new system for studying and it's really helping but like I said it is way slow at the moment. At least, I feel that I am. I don't think that I'm going to be able to get all the way through all four years and still keep up with my fifth-year studies as well. If only I was smarter. I've always had trouble memorizing things but this new method I'm using helps with that. It just takes too long. I'm almost through first-year Charms in my review but other than that and my attempt at Potions that's all I've done so far. I bet if I could retake my first-year Charms again, I'd get a perfect score. I mean I got a good score the first time but I know I could do better, especially with this new study method that I've developed.
Anyway, nothing much else is going on except for Strike Back. I hope you all enjoyed that and I hope it made you all think. I mean that's what I wanted it to do. To bring up issues that I feel need addressing. Okay, catch-up is done let's see what we can do today."
Harry decided to play with his slimes for a while and study them before going and seeing what trouble he could get into. He also found out that his Potions had sold well because of some obscure quest that people could do that not many did because they called it impossible. Now it was a little more bearable according to Malcolm and Dudley who had shown up to talk to him and his streamers.
"I'm gonna take on the quest on Saturday." Dudley said. "You're potion is a little expensive but I'm going to take you somewhere today that will allow you to farm exp and money in a quick, efficient way, It's normally only for higher-level units but don't worry about that, with your play style you should be fine. Can you long-distance heal?"
"My heal level isn't high enough for that." Harry said checking his list. "Or rather the Rank Level of the Faith Mastery isn't high enough. I haven't had to use it because I don't get hurt. Maybe I should try grinding my Mastery levels. I never thought about it. I'm just playing to relax from revising, you know."
"We know." Malcolm and Dudley groaned. "Don't remind us."
Harry was almost laughing manically as he ran this way and that way at top speed killing everything that he could while Dudley and Malcolm cursed his very being. They were having a hard time getting swarmed. Harry took pity and helped them out by using his daggers and casting Fire on the swarms. Together the three of them took out hoard after hoard of monsters that gave them all tons of experience and money.
"You are infuriating!" Dudley yelled at Harry.
"Do you even know what that word means?" Harry teased back from where he was standing on a statue of some kind. He was actually on the very top of it.
"Yes, I do!" Dudley growled. "And your picture was right next to the word when I looked it up!"
Harry and Malcolm both laughed.
The Order watched Hermione having a giggling fit while trying to control herself. Fred and George both looked amused.
"So the sass runs in Harry's family?" Ron asked as he ate Muggle ice cream that Tonks had brought them.
"It would seem that way." Charlie said sounding amused as well.
"Wow, Dudley wasn't joking about the experience gain. I'm level 20 now. I had 118 points to spend at level 12, with 10 points per level and eight additional levels that's 80 points. So that gives me 188 points to spend. Amazing." Harry hummed and nodded. "Interesting. But I can't really buy anything until I get my Mastery levels up. So that's annoying. My Buffing Mastery Level is about to level up. It's a letter system like the the Guild Ranks so it's at Z now...." he tapped on Buffing Mastery. "Oh, hey, here's a list of all the Buffing spells that I can learn at Z Mastery Buffing. Okay, so there are 9 other buffs that I can get." He learned them all. "Okay, 188 - 9 is 179. So I have 179 points to spend."
He did a few quests and ate a skewer. He did some foraging and ran into some wolves. He ended up fighting them and winning. He then took the furs to a store that he'd heard Dudley talking about a few times. He was told that the furs could be made into armor for him. He decided to ask if they could just teach him what to do.
"I'm a pretty good sewer." he told his viewers. "I always did the mending at home. I'm far from a master, of course, but I'm good at it. So, I could do this, I'm sure."
Harry proved that he could do it after getting a tutorial. He smirked as he equipped his new armor. He'd done well. The NPC had even told him so.
"Hmm....My screen is saying that I can finally get a Class at the Class Hall." Harry read his screen. "I'll have Dudley meet us there so that he can help us choose because I have no idea what to choose."
Dudley was talking to KittyKittyCatCat when he arrived with his slime on his head.
"Okay, so the thing you need to know about this game is that if you pass the requirements and have the certification scroll you can be any class you want and change classes to any class you want. You can unlock all of them but that's never been done." Dudley explained. "But for your fighting style, I'd go with the thief into assassin class."
"I agree." KittyKittyCatCat said. "I've been trying to unlock Assassin forever and thanks to your fighting style, I finally got it! Thank you, so much! I'm going to send you a gift as thanks."
"You don't have to." Harry said shaking his head.
"Oh, but you helped me so much!" she squealed. "It's nothing much, just access to a new feature. See, I'll send you this Enchantment Page and it will unlock Enchantment books. You can now find pages to the books anywhere and everywhere just doing things. There are actually pages and books like that all over and you can get major boosts and rewards for completing books. I got two of the same one so you can have the spare!"
"Oh, that sounds cool. I only know the basic enchantment." Harry said. "Uhm.....we can be friends if you want."
She seemed thrilled and quickly sent a friend request and he accepted it. He had to go through the tutorial on how to do the books and stuff before he went into the Class Hall. It took him twenty minutes to get through the quest to get his Thief class. He was glad when he got it. Now he actually had a class and could really start the game. He was annoyed that he started back at level 0. But hey, more points for him when he leveled up. He didn't know what else to do so he said goodbye and logged off.
