Summary
Pharma is a fresh medical school graduate sent to the city of Tarn to serve as an emergency first responder. Taking pride in his work and eager to prove his worth, he takes to exploring the hidden depths under the city so that he can find faster travel routes to reach patients.
Deep in his explorations, he realizes too late that the city is watching him back.
