He was panting as he spoke, his tattoo-covered chest heaving with each breath. Eddie was dripping in sweat, and Steve suddenly realized what he interrupted.
“Oh god, I’m so sorry! The, uh, washer is broken, I think, but it’s fine! I can do it later —“
“I can take a look at it, hold on.” Eddie turned back into his room and began rummaging around looking for something.
“No, really it’s fine. I can just hand wash a few — ”
