When Izuku had first been told that his newspaper was shipping him out to the countryside to write a fluff piece about a Taiko festival, he’d been rather... unimpressed. Not that the revitalization of a town’s ancient cultural practices wasn’t important, it just wasn’t the usual hard-hitting, front page news he was used to writing.
