Summary
Set during 4:13, 'Tears of a Clown', where Casey has proposed to Jane and just after Maura has seen Jane's ring in the morgue. It follows Maura's reaction to the news and takes the story in a different direction to the canon.
When tragedy strikes will it tear them apart or will they finally see what has been right in front of them all along?
There will be plenty of drama and angst as well as humour and new characters for you to love or loathe. This is the first and only R&I multi-chapter fanfic I have written (check out my R&I one-shot 'Phobias' - it's special to me).
