Summary
For Miles Morales, being Brooklyn’s Spider-Man means juggling a few responsibilities: fighting crime, keeping the city safe, and hiding who he really is. But when he runs into Black Cat—Amori Hardy, a reckless and dangerous cat-hybrid thief with a serious grudge—everything changes.
Amori is everything Miles isn’t: cold, distant, and determined to shut everyone out. He doesn’t want Miles’ help, let alone his friendship. But despite Amori’s harsh glares and harsher words, Miles finds himself inexplicably drawn to him, pushing boundaries and blurring the lines between friend and foe.
As dangerous situations arise and stability begins to crumble, Miles must navigate his complicated relationship with Amori while coming to terms with his own need to save everyone—especially those who don’t want to be saved.
