Chapter Text
“Send our Bashy away…to some sort of correctional facility, is that really necessary?” Marci spoke in heavy heart as she wasn’t sure if this was the right choice. Her son was a troublemaker that’s for sure but no criminal!
Slimotviz shook his head trying to reassure her concerns about the facility, it’s not severe as it sounds.
“I assure you Mrs. Mcfist detention island is no prison.” Slimotviz responds, trying to reassure her concerns. The facility is not as bad as it sounds. “Think of it as a time-out, but in a more controlled environment.” Slimovitz explained.
Marci seemed to consider Slimovtz’s words, but there was still a hint of skepticism in her eyes. “But detention Island… It sounds so stern. And it’s so far away.
Slimovitz sighed softly, understanding her concerns. “I understand your worries Mrs. McFist, but trust me, this is an opportunity for Bash. He'll come out a better person in no time.”
McFist, who had been quietly listening to the conversation chimed in agreement. “It’s for the best, Sugar Cakes.” He held Marci’s hand reassuringly. “Bash has been getting out of hand for years. This detention Island is exactly what he needs…it will knock some sense in him that’s for sure.” McFist whispered the last part under his breath.
Marci sighed, maybe this is a good opportunity for Bash. She squeezed Mcfist’s hand gently, taking a deep breath. “I suppose you’re right, hon.“
“I’m glad we came to a settlement.” Slimovitz smiled at the parents before handing them a paper for them to sign. “Now I need you to sign here for- what the juice?” Slimovitz stopped in his tracks as heard students screams outside his office. He went outside to check the commotion.
“There's a monster in the Cafeteria!” A girl screamed before running pass Slimovitz.
“Hey- Everyone! Stay calm…” He responded as panicked students flooded the hallway. “Remember our drill! Head out the school immediately!"
Slimovitz had completely forgotten about Marci and Mcfist in the office as he was too preoccupied with the students' safety.
Marci recognized the situation, it had to be the work of Viceroy. The timing was far too perfect to be coincidental.
"Oh, go on! If you don't destroy the Ninja now, it's all you'll talk about on the ride home." Marci chuckled, amused by her husband gleeful malice.
Oh she knew him too well. "You know what? YOU'RE THE BEST!" Mcfist shouted before pecking her cheek, leaving the office in the pursuit of the ninja.

"Aghhh!" Randy shouted, as he tried pushing the door again. But it didn't work..for the 30th time. The nomicon buzzed at him again.
"I know it didn't work the first time, why would it now?" Randy responded in annoyance.
"What else do you want me to do? I already tried going through the window and look where that got me."
Randy pointed towards the broken sink in the corner of the bathroom. It had a few shards on the floor thanks to his failed escape attempt. Water gushed out from the broken faucet, pooling on the floor.
Randy groaned as he face planted at the door slowly sliding down and sitting on the cold, slightly wet floor. He had tried everything, but nothing worked.
"Ugh, this is so stupid" he muttered to himself, feeling frustrated and stuck. "If Howard would quit being such a shoob. I wouldn't be stuck here!" Randy grumbled to himself. "I swear, I'm gonna give him a piece of my mind when I get out of here.”
The nomicon buzzed at him again, this time it sounded less harsh and more understanding.
Randy's frustration dissolved slightly. As he took the time to listen to the nomicon. " I know, it's my fault that I left the ninja mask at home," Randy muttered, acknowledging his mistakes. "And I've been avoiding Howard a lot."
"If it wasn't for my forgetfulness this morning. I would've been more mindful of my actions for later on." Randy stood tall dusting himself off picking up his satchel. Feeling a sense of resolve "Now it's time to get out of here- Ack!."
Randy stumbled down as the door flew open. He looked up to see the school janitor standing over him.
"Whatcha doin around here kid? Slimovitz has ordered everyone to evacuate the school" the school janitor also known as the creep looked concerned yet stern at Randy.
Students often wonder about the strange janitor's true identity since few know about him. Some believe he's a former ninja, others claim he's just a food obsessed weirdo.
Randy's quickly scrambled to his feet.
"Oh, uh...I was heding- Hiding!. In the bathroom from the robot attack..hehe.." Randy replied in a nervous tone.
A skeptical look crossed the eyes of the Creep. He squinted his eyes at Randy, before backing down "Whatever... Scram! you know the rules"
Randy breathed a huge sigh of relief as the janitor accepted his excuse.
"Thanks!" Randy responded, as he made his way towards the exit. "Man what a weirdo" Randy glanced over his shoulder, he could've sworn he saw the janitor smile.
Koharu had been doing the laundry while Randy was in school as it was laundry day. She approached Randy's room with a basket full of clothes in hand, she tried to open it but it wouldn't nudge.
★
"Hng-WAH!" Koharu nearly dropped the basket as the door flung open, but managed to catch herself before falling.
Koharu's eyes widened as she looked around the room, from the scattered clothes across the floor to the tangled controllers connected to the TV. The messy sketches to the desk. She only shook her head in disapproval.
"When that boy gets home we're going to have a serious talk about his living condition."
She began to gather the scattered clothes and placed them inside the basket, occasionally tsking at the sight of the mess.
Koharu made her way to the closet gathering clothes but some interested her. A ninja mask, at first she was skeptic where Randy even got this from but she brushed it off with a smile. It must be for Halloween.
"Randy... always planning ahead," she chuckled to herself, placing the mask on top of the clothes in the basket.
Once she had gathered up all the clothes, Koharu made her way out of the room, carefully closing the door behind her.
Randy tiredly open his window and collapsed on the floor. It was much harder to sneak inside his house without his ninja powers.
Randy quickly made his way towards the closet, determined to find his ninja mask. But his ninja mask was nowhere to be found. "She must've already started..." Randy mumbled under his breath.
Randy quietly opened his door and tiptoed down the stairs making sure he didn't make a single sound. He tried his best to keep his mom from noticing him as he crept closer and closer towards the garage.
Koharu placed the laundry basket down on a shelf in the garage, next to the washer. She switched the washer on. She stepped back, letting out a small sigh as she looked around the garage.
The ninja mask was just in his reach but how can he-oh yeah! Randy quietly makes his way towards the kitchen, he knocks a few cans down to get his mom's attention.
Koharu was interrupted from her thoughts as she heard the sound of cans dropping in the kitchen. She recognized it as the antics of her cat, Cassidy.
"Oh, Cassidy... You and Randy could be twins making such a mess..." she muttered to herself as she stepped out of the garage towards the kitchen.
Randy watched his mother check on the damage. Carefully he snuck back into the garage, grabbing his mask from the laundry basket.
Randy could hardly contain his excitement once he got his precious mask back. He did a small victory pose as he held it in his hand. "Finally! Now it's ninja time”
As Randy placed the mask on his face, a powerful energy surged through his body. The red lines on the mask began to glow. Intricate ribbons danced around him, wrapping around his arms and traveling down to his feet.
Then, a red belt materialized around his waist, securing itself in place, followed by a burst of light, twin swords appeared on his back as it materialized out of thin air.
Lastly, a vibrant red scarf gracefully wrapped around his neck as it flowed in the air like it was alive.
With a flick of his wrist, Randy tossed a small smoke bomb at the ground and shouted.
"Smoke-bomb!" As the smoke bomb hit the ground, Randy vanished from sight. Leaving a cloud of thick red smoke behind.
Koharu returned to the garage after dealing with the situation in the kitchen. Immediately she noticed a foul odor through the air letting out a cough.
“What smells like fart..?" she covered her nose trying to block out the smell the best as she could.

As all the students and faculty were outside away from the destruction the Krackenstein caused. They were losing hope as the ninja wasn’t coming.
Mcfist watched from afar, his limo away from the school for safety. He grew more impatient by the second. The Ninja should have shown up by now. "Viceroy, where's the ninja?!”
Viceroy sat on the left side next to Mcfist, but not paying him no mind as he sipped on smoothie. “How am I supposed to know?”
"I’m not paying you to ‘not know’!" McFist retorted,"I need that Ninja. And I need him now!"
Marci listened to Mcfist and Viceroy's conversation from the right side of the car, her arms wrapped around her husband's. “Calm down, hon. You know the ninja loves making a grand entrance .”
McFist sighed, The Ninja was known for being dramatic. "But the suspense is killing me..."
“What’s killing me is being stuck in this limo” Viceroy took another sip from his smoothie, he could hear the silence daggers at him.

Heidi is recording her live stream and looking incredibly disappointed at the lack of a ninja. “Hey peeps, it’s your best BFF Heidi..” Heidi's voice quivered slightly as she spoke into the camera. "I don't know what to say... I guess the ninja is a ninja-no show...maybe he had given up on us”
She paused to take a moment as this was the first time she questioned her faith in the ninja.
Suddenly the Krankenstien burst from the depths of the school's entrance, wreaking havoc.
Screams and cries of terror echoed through the air, blending with the roars of the monstrous creation before them.
Heidi stood there, still filming, her phone trembling in her hand as she captured the terrifying sight before her on camera. Wanting this moment to be captured even if it's her last.
The sound of debris raining down from the Krackenstein. One piece in particular caught Heidi’s attention. She watched in horror as a car came flying towards Howard.
“HOWARD!” Heidi screamed her lungs out thinking her little brother was struck.
But then, suddenly, a flash of black and red intercepted the speeding vehicle. “Ninja-Slice!” The car cut in half before it could reach Howard, falling to the ground as the ninja emerged.
Howard's heart skipped a beat as he witnessed the ninja save his life. His cheeks growing red, it was strange and confusing…it was..love?.
The ninja stood there with his twin swords in hand, He looked down at Howard with a concerned look. “Are you okay?”
Howard was rendered completely speechless, his heart racing as the ninja spoke directly to him. He managed to nod slowly, “Ah huh..” he managed to stammer out under the intensity of his emotions.
The crowd cheered as the ninja appeared. The camera shook slightly in Heidi's hands, “Peeps, you won’t believe what just happened,” Heidi exclaimed into the camera, her eyes wide with amazement. “The ninja was a total show and saved my brother, and I think he’s got a serious ninja-crush!”
Howard's face turned even redder as Heidi revealed his emotions to the camera, “SHUT UP HEIDI!” he shouted.
★
Mcfist nearly spilled his drink when he heard the news from his limo. "There he is!" He exclaimed, pointing at the mcPad in excitement.
Marci flinched as Mcfist shouted, her shades nearly falling off her face.
Viceroy leaned forward, his interest piqued. A sly smile formed on his face as he watched the Mcpad. “Took him long enough”
★
The ninja, completely unaware of his best friend's feelings focused on the Krackenstein.
“You might want to go, this will get nasty” The ninja glanced his shoulder at Howard.
Howard nodded even though he didn’t want to leave. “Oh yeah totally..” he reluctantly backed away, giving the ninja space to deal with the Krankenstien.
"Alright, let's do this!" The ninja yelled confidently at the robot, holding his katanas ready.
The Krankenstien leaped and threw several things towards the ninja including another car but it missed.
“My car!” Slimovitz cried out, he just got the hood renovated.
The air was filled with the clashes of metallic strikes. The Ninja moved with unparalleled speed, his twin katanas dancing in a barrage of attacks. “Mind if I cut in!” the ninja smirked as he made a pun, ninja-slicing through a tentacle.
The Ninja's katanas whirled as he sliced through the Krackenstein's armor. The sound of metal striking metal echoed. Suddenly, the robot came to a halt, its body parts falling off. Finally it collapsed.
As he stood there in a victory pose. The ninja spun his katanas, placing them into the sheaths.
Students cheered at the ninja’s victory but Bucky couldn't help but react with revulsion, quickly running away to vomit.
★
Mcfist is livid that their plans were foiled yet again. He took the Mcpad that was placed on the center of the car, throwing it out of the window onto the pavement.
“Oh you'll get him next time hon” Marci placed her hands on Mcfist shoulders. Viceroy groaned at the married couple's affection.
“RING! RING!” Marci’s attention turned to her phone as it rang, she was expecting it to be a client or Bash calling. But instead, it was HIM. A frown appears on her face as she hesitates before answering the call.
Mcfist and Viceroy immediately tensed as they knew who it was. Whenever HE calls it's never for good intentions.
“Tell him I'm not here” Mcfist whispered to Marci, hoping she would decline the call.
“I CAN HEAR YOU MCFIST!” Their boss shouted from the phone speaker.
Marci jumped at the loud voice through the speaker. She gave Mcfist a look that said “Too late”.
“I can give you the perfect explanation for this,” Mcfist stammered as he spoke before replying. “IT ALL VICEROY FAULT HIS INVENTIONS ALWAYS FAIL!”
Viceroy glared angrily at Mcfist. Blaming him for the failure yet again, but before he could speak their boss shouted.
“I DON'T CARE!, Don't-Fail-Me-Again..” The phone line went dead. Immediately Mcfist shifted his anger towards Viceroy. “DON’T FAIL ME AGAIN VICEROY”

"Thanks for saving me back there Ninja," Howard said enthusiastically, pumping his fists. "You totally kicked robo-butt!.”
The ninja smiled brightly underneath his mask, his hands casually placed on his hips.
"No problem, You were in some deep trouble back there," the ninja replied, his voice filled with a trace of confidence. "That robot never stood a chance against me.”
The ninja let out a small sigh, the time had come for him to make his exit. The excitement today had left him drained.
“Well, you've been great, everybody! See you next time! Remember to tip those lunch ladies! SMOKE BO–Ah!” The ninja paused, surprised by Howard's tight grip on his hand.
“No, wait, Ninja! My buddy and I have been dying to meet you since we were kids!” Howard had completely forgotten about Cunningham, who was still locked up in the bathroom. “Please, hang on, I need to get my friend”
“Uhhh…that won't be necessary I-” Without waiting for an answer, Howard dashed off to the bathroom, pushing past other students in the crowd.
“I gotta get back there before Howard finds an empty stall.” Randy thought to himself. He was about to make his exit again but stopped by another Weinerman.
“Wait Ninja! We’ve all been dying to know who are you anyways?” Heidi questioned, waiting for the most important answer of her life.
“You know what? That's a great question. I will follow that with a SMOKE-BOMB!” The ninja vanished in thin air, leaving a large red cloud in the process
The crowd of students began coughing and fanning away the smoke, Heidi wrinkled her nose in disgust.
“Man those things smelled like fart..” she mumbled to herself as she ended her live stream.

Randy had just finished de-transforming, hastily tucked away his ninja mask, making sure it was safely hidden in his satchel.
The doorknob was unlocking, Randy quickly pretended to emerge from the last stall on the left. As if he had just finished using the bathroom.
“Hey, Howard!” Randy said casually, trying to appear nonchalant. “What took you so long?”
Howard didn't waste time explaining, instead yanking Randy out of the bathroom.
"No time to explain Cunningham” he urged Randy to follow him as he led the way back to where the ninja was. To his dismay he wasn't there.
“OH C'MON! HE WAS RIGHT HERE!” Howard shouted in frustration.
Randy attempted to console his best friend, placing a hand on his shoulder.
"Hey, it's okay," he said, keeping his voice calm. "At least you met him for me.”
“Yeah I guess so,” Howard let out a sigh, facing Randy. “Cunningham I've been a real shoob, I'm sorry for locking you in there all day. If it wasn't for me you would've gotten an autograph”
Randy flashed a smile, "Hey, don't sweat it, Howard" he said, waving off the apology. "No biggie. I mean, being stuck in a bathroom all day wasn’t exactly the cheese, but.. I heard the Ninja kicked some serious robo-butt”
Howard couldn't help but crack a small smile at Randy's response. It was typical of his best friend to dismiss it all with humor.
“Yeah, he sure did," Howard replied, a hint of admiration in his voice. But quickly smelled something foul. “What smells like fart?”
“I don’t smell anything” Randy replied with a nervous tone of voice, attempting to cover up that he couldn't detect the scent of the smoke bomb he had recently set off.
“Probably just your own stank.” He teased, nudging Howard playfully.
“I know what I smell like Cunningham! And I don't smell like fart” Howard playfully nudge at Randy back.
