Today was the day that all the Timetrvalers will meet up to catch up (forcefully put in a big room with activities together) so far Sneeg Phil(OriginsSMP) Karl(Dsmp) Scott(EmpiresSMP) keralis Bdubs Docm77 and Grian(HermitCraftSMP) have been teleported in
they were told a new time traveler had awoken their powers and to wait what they didn’t expect was for a Winged Tubbo holding a small child with dragon traits and a pair of sunglasses(Qsmp) to teleport in Tubbos wings puffed up at all the eyes staring at him
Sneeg was the first one to say something “when did you have another kid???” Tubbo blinked raising his hands making weird gestures(where am I how’d I get here and who are you guys I know Phil but who are the others) Phil spoke up this time “well Tubbo, you unlocked your time travel abilities every other month we get teleported here to catch up, and his name is Sneeg I’m Philza or Phil who you know the parrot is grian the shapeshifter is keralis the moss hybrid is Bdubs the vampire is Scott the Creeper Goat centaur is your Brother Doc and the half-elf is Karl”
Tubbo raised his hand before the child with sunglasses let out an upset trill like growl(you never told me I had a uncle) Tubbo let out in response his own long string of chirps and hissing (well I didn’t know I had a Brother my memory was wiped on the island remember I told you this) the child looked at him then straight at doc before letting out a few small chirps (well yeah but can we meet him now he looks rich)
Tubbo shook his head before looking at Doc Phil said that was his name right he sighed looking at Doc’s coat seeing a German pin and man he could hug Niki and Empanada for teaching him some basic German
“Sunny würde dich gerne kennenlernen und ich auch” (Sunny would like to get to know you and so would I) Doc let out a shocked noise before saying “I know English Tubbo, and is that the child with the sunglasses name?” Tubbo blinked before nodding
Grian Scott Keralis Bdubs and Karl sat down away from Sneeg Phil Doc Tubbo and his child
Tubbo looked at Sneeg before seeing a small moth with a chaotic energy in his place he blinked and it was gone but I’d he knew Tubbo and Tubbo knew him before the Island then maybe he’s a friend he looked like a friend
Doc took a step forward sitting down Sunny ran forward Tubbo let out a surprised and cautious Trill as Sunny stuck their tongue out at him Tubbo just sat down he felt safe and he knew his daughter would be safe phil was here and so was sneeg(?)
His eyes began to droop and his wings curled around him he let the void of sleep consume him Sunny was happy even if Phil had to translate what she was saying for doc and Sneeg she had heard her Pa heartbeat slow and his breath even out she looked over at him seeing his fast asleep leaning on Sneeg while he was just playing with his communicator probably playing a game of sorts she looked back at doc before curling up next to him his fur was soft and silky
Doc froze at the sudden action before just allowing her to sleep scooting himself and Sunny over to Tubbo and Sneeg he fell fast asleep as well.
Tubbo was back in vault hunters he was back when the watchers forced hybridity onto him he was back in the federation experient lab he was back in the maze he was back in the happy pill room he was back in purgatory he was back being shot at by Cucurucho he remembers the scolding hot branding tool he remembered the way it hurt the way he had screamed for Fit or Pac to save him he remembered the aftermath of stumbling into spawn falling into Bagi’s arms he was in pain he remembered- f—- he couldn’t breath f—- f—- please no help helP heLP hELP HELP NO No no no no no nO NO N-
He jolted awake in a panic he was back in purgatory when bad and pierre dug a knife into his leader symbol for betraying them to help green he remembered it all his thought interrupted as he felt someone trying to pry his hand out of his hair he looked up seeing Grian, grian was kind he was family he was a friend he was most importantly safe
He clung to Grian sobbing into his chest while Grian just rubbed his back he was shorter than Grian by a few inches gods he just wants to be safe when he calmed down he saw the light were off they were the only ones awake everyone else asleep on the couches with a few new hybrids a wolf/dog a canary and a Blaze/netherborn Ren Jimmy and TangoTek his mind supplies him with
he opened his mouth to apologize but Grian just hugged him telling him he’s going to be alright and that He would keep Tubbo safe Grian wrapped his wings around Tubbo with a smile
He picked Tubbo up Tubbo in response made a small squeak he was brought to grians nest in a side room they had a kitchen a bathroom a few bedrooms and some nest rooms for the avians/nesting hybrids like Doc
Tubbo hugged Grian tighter as Grian was about to sit him down Grian getting the message puts Tubbo in his lap Grian rested his chin on Tubbos messy hair Grian spoke up in a quiet and loving(FAMILIAL HE SEES Tubbo AS A SON) tone “you can talk about the nightmare if you’d like, we can just chat, or we can just sleep”
Tubbo let out a small chirp(2) way too tired to form human dialect sentences, Grian starts to talk about his life on Hermitcraft how he joined his builds and future plans and about all his friends Tubbo was tired but he didn’t want another nightmare he knows it childish but it still hurts
Tubbo spoke up “can I talk to you about something?” His voice was small, Grian let out a small hum of curiosity Tubbo started to talk about the island from when he woke up to when he took Sunny and left ending up on VaultHunters Sunny hiding 24/7 because she wasn’t supposed to be there all the way to when he got teleported into this room
To be short Grian was terrified yes he had seen and lived through horrors but Tubbo was so young and Grian knew his life before the island of QSMP because of Phil and my Void the poor child was traumatized, by the end he was sobbing again grian just held him
Tubbo woke up In Grian’s arms the next morning they were still in the nest but now Sunny was there too Tubbo stretched his wings before grian spoke up he was on his communicator typing to someone “how would you like to join Hermitcraft and don’t worry you can stay in VaultHunters as well if you accept”
Tubbo let out slightly distressed chirps (would Sunny be aloud?!” Grian’s wings puffed at the distressed Teens(grian sees Tubbo as a teen because Tubbo didn’t get a childhood) chirps Grian hastily responded with “yes, she would be”
Tubbo sighed looking at his daughter and nodded at Grian hugging him tightly his stomach let out a low grumble grian perked remembering
Breakfast he sat Tubbo down in the nest with little resistance and complaints he opened the room door and left
Grian was glad Tubbo accepted his offer of joining Hermitcraft he walked into the kitchen where he sound Scott and Sneeg awake drinking tea and coffee Scott greeted Grian with a head nod Grian put bread into the toaster
Grabbing the butter the toast finally dings he butters said toast then glanced the plate of 4 toasts he went back to the nest giving Tubbo two pieces of toast and Sunny the other two Grian sat down as Sunny left with the empty plate saying she going to go hang out with Doc who woke up as Grian left the kitchen and Sneeg
Tubbos brand scar started to have phantom burning pain he let out a small hiss wings fluffing up Grian noticed immediately looking for something that would cause Tubbo pain
Not finding anything he asked Tubbo “what’s wrong? You’re in pain” Tubbo flinched debating it was the one part he left out when he told to Grian about his past
He sighed taking off his cloak and pulling down his turtleneck shirt to reveal a brand mark grian felt bile rise in the back of his throat in the brand it had the words the federation census bureau's property and Grian if it was even possible felt even more sick
He looked at Tubbo who had his eyes closed and gave him a hug he pulled back going to the chest of draws finding the first aid kit with a small Heath and regeneration potion he grabbed the regeneration and a bandage before returning to Tubbo he soaked the bandage in the potion
He asked Tubbo to take of his shirt temporarily Tubbo did so as Grian wrapped the wound with the soaked then dry bandages before Tubbo put his shirt back on Grian knew he couldn’t stay in the nest all day but with what’s happened it’s tempting Grian sighed looking at Tubbo
He was debating on resting in nest all day and telling the others he’s fine or hang out with the others and risk triggering Tubbo into a breakdown as much as he didn’t want to he took the latter option
Looking over he saw Tubbo had already left he went out where Tubbo was chatting with Bdubs he walked over wrapping his wing around Tubbo
Joining their conversation once and a while after a bit he left to go join Karl and Sneegs conversation as they were talking about city skylines Tubbo looked a bit uncomfortable during the end of the conversation with Karl as they had drifted to talking about their pasts
He brushed his wing against Tubbos and let out a low pur Sunny looked over Grabbing her pa’s leg and purring as well Tubbo blinked before doc started purring out of habit then went Ren which made Jimmy and Tango start then Scott Phil Sneeg Keralis and Bdubs, Karl who couldn’t pur let out a small giggle
Tubbo was bright red fighting off his own pur. Tubbo picked up Sunny who fell asleep and went to a corner near the nest room to sleep no one but Grian noticed Grian ruffled his wings and picked up Tubbo opening the nest door putting him into the nest making a happy satisfied trill Jimmy who just watch what just happened let out a responding Chirp going into a trill the Into a teasing hiss (you are so adopting him aren’t you)
Grian poked his head out of the door letting out a dissatisfied chirp into a disappointed hiss (I mean of course I would he’s gone through a lot. But on another note have you preened your wings?)
Jimmy let out a flustered and sad chirp (no..?) the others are invested even though they have no idea what they are talking about
Grian let out a distressed and concerned trill (Tim you need to do them it’s been a month!!) Grian stepped fully out of the room this time his wings were puffed up he closed the door behind him
Jimmy sighed letting out a small chirp (I know..)
Grian walked over, grabbed Jimmy and went back to the nest Jimmy spread his wings out as Grian preened then he muttered Into his brother's ear “I’m not mad at you okay? I just get worried” Jimmy knew after grian was done grian took him out of his nest and into His own nest where he told tango to go wait. Grian entered his nest falling into deep sleep
Tubbo woke up hours later in Grians nest when did he get there? He got up and went to the kitchen opening the cabinets grabbing a glass and filling it with water
Ren who woke up a few minutes before Tubbo went into the kitchen to see who was up turning on the above head lights Tubbo flinched head whipping over to Ren his eyes widened in fear
Tubbo backed into the counter wings puffed up his water long forgotten “Cucurucho” he was terrified where is Grian he wants to be safe PLEASE- his breath picked up
It hit Ren like a truck Tubbo was having a flashback and thought he was something or someone else “hey buddy where are we”
Tubbo was a bit confused Cucurucho knew where they were it was his lab and why call him buddy, maybe it was a test yeah it had to be “we are in your federation lab near spawn” closing his eyes ready to hear the clock of a gun sliding down the wall(counter)
Ren asked his next question “Who am I?” kneeling down to Tubbos level now, that's weird he didn’t get shot, and why is cucurucho being so nice..? “You are Cucurucho of the federation census bureau, you are a high ranking member official?” His breath evening out
Ren had no idea who that was but it wasn’t a good person “buddy my name is RenDog. You are at the time traveler meet up and you just came out of Grian’s nest room, I’m not cucurucho I can go get Grian if you’d feel safer”
Grian was safe. Grian was Home “please..?” Ren stood up slowly and knocked on Grians door hearing “5 m’r’ minut’s”(5 more minutes) Ren knocked again this time facing a grumpy bed head Grian, Grian seeing Ren looking distressed tilted his head a silent question Ren pushed his head towards the kitchen muttering “Tubbos having an episode I think he’s calmed down but he asked for you”
His ears flat against his head, Grian gave Ren a small hug thanking Ren for getting him, Grian went to the kitchen while Ren went and cuddled up to Doc. Grian looked in the room seeing Tubbo on the floor he walked it sitting in front of Tubbo
Tubbo looked up at Grian and hugged him Grian picked Tubbo up bringing him back to the nest knowing it would comfort Tubbo
Grian sat in the nest with Tubbo in his lap Grian wrapped his wings to make a feathery cocoon letting out a low purr to sooth Tubbo in his sleep
The next time Tubbo woke up he was with Grian and Sunny but he had no idea where they were
or more where he was it was a nest for sure but he had not a clue where the nest was located
Before Tubbo could spiral into a panic Grian spoke up “You and Sunny are safe, you at Hermitcraft because the time traveler meet up time ended while you were asleep you are at my base” Grian smiled you are home goes unsaid but Tubbo understood he gave Grian a small but genuine smile mumbling “I’m finally free..?” Grian hugged the boy giving him a small reassurance that he’d always be safe and free from his past on Hermitcraft
