Summary
In a world filled with people possessing amazing powers, people sometimes fall through the cracks. Those people can be dangerous, to themselves and to others. UA High School, a school for Heroes, came up with a solution to this problem. Every year, they will admit 10 potential risks to society and turn them into heroes.
Many people ask if this delinquent reformation program really works? During the history of the program only one or two of these hero hopefuls have made it to graduation each year, the rest either going to juvie or bowing out to live a life on quirk suppressants. This year, the HPCS (Hero Public Safety Commision) is putting pressure on UA to produce results, by having more than 50% of the students from 1-Z graduate their final year at UA.
People all over Japan wait with baited breath to see if UA’s Class Z will produce a group of functional heroes by the end of their three year time limit. -
