Summary
A variant of Dr Doom gains the powers of the Beyonders, much like his canon counterpart, however there are noticeable difference. He rules his piece together world of Haven from Neo-Latveria, his own garden of eden, as a God King and he does so with his bride, Amora the Empress. While Victor openly welcomes any refugees from destroyed realities to Neo-Latveria, he allows them to find their own place beyond his country's borders, but warns them that if they ever threaten his people or his rule, he will eliminate them. Doom has no idea what lurks beyond the horizon nor could he ever predict the threat that will present itself to Haven. Nor did he expect his wife's suggestion on how he can best handle said approaching dangers, but he is willing to try anything to protect what he has created.
