"I can't believe it's already been a month since you left."
Gwen hears Cole chuckle on the other line. She hates that he makes her heart flutter. Hates that he makes her giggle like a school girl.
"I know. I miss you so much." Gwen admits. She doesn’t like saying her feelings like out loud, but with Cole she can't help it.
"I miss you too Gwen." She hears Cole say on the other line.
Gwen lets out a sigh, "Why does this have to be so complicated? We just started dating and now we're several miles apart."
Before Cole she'd never even been in a relationship, and now she's in a long distance one.
"I know. I wish I could be with you right now."
"Me too. Maybe…once your fall break starts, we can meet up together. You know, go to the arcade or see a movie or something."
Gwen smiles when hearing Cole chuckle on the other line. Damn it, even his chuckles are cute.
"I'd like that."
"So it's a date then."
"It's a date."
