“So… I think it went well,” Serafina finished, her voice tentative. “I think I reached Arya.”

Robb remained quiet for a moment, his eyes shifting to the woman lying beside him. Serafina gazed back at him, her expression uncertain as she awaited his reaction. After everything that had happened, she still wanted to help and protect his sister. She was trying to understand, even after her injury. In that instant, Robb realized just how much he loved his wife.

Instead of responding with words, he leaned down and kissed her. Serafina seemed surprised at first, but soon, she returned his kiss.

“Naeva, no,” she murmured between kisses as the sand cat hissed, scratching Robb lightly.

He pulled back, glancing down at the fierce little creature.

“I’m sorry, but you’ll have to share your mistress from now on,” he said, a smile tugging at his lips. Naeva gave him a disdainful look as she settled possessively between them, clearly claiming her space.

Robb chuckled softly. “I understand, believe me,” he added, glancing back at Serafina. “I wouldn’t want to share her either.”

Serafina laughed softly, the tension between them easing. She gently scratched Naeva’s ears, who, despite her fierce demeanor, purred contentedly. Robb watched her, a warmth in his eyes.

“Maybe she’s just trying to protect me,” Serafina teased, raising an eyebrow at him.

“From me?” Robb smirked. “I’m the one she should be grateful to, I'm your protector. And hers too, I might add.”

Serafina tilted her head slightly, her expression softening. “You are,” she said quietly, the playfulness fading into something deeper. “I know I’m not from the North, and that things haven’t been easy with our families… but I feel safe with you, Robb. Truly.”

Robb’s smile faltered, turning more serious as he reached out to tuck a strand of hair behind her ear. “You don’t need to say that, Serafina. I’m the one who should be thanking you.”

“For what?” she asked softly.

“For protecting my family. For understanding Arya. For… just being here, standing by me, even when you could have done otherwise.” His voice was low, but filled with sincerity. “You didn’t have to. You could’ve gone back to your family, let Tyrion handle things, but you didn’t.”

Serafina looked away for a moment, gathering her thoughts. “I made a promise to you, Robb. And I don’t break promises. You’re my family now.”

He leaned down, pressing his forehead to hers. “And you’re mine,” he whispered.

They stayed like that for a moment, the weight of their words sinking in, before Serafina chuckled softly. “You know,” she began, her eyes sparkling with humor again, “if Naeva doesn’t approve of you, I might have to rethink this arrangement.”

Robb laughed, the tension lifting once more. “I’ll win her over,” he promised, glancing at the sand cat now perched regally between them. “Just give me time.”

Serafina smiled and took his hand. “Alina is staying in my chamber tonight. I asked her to sleep there in case you would want her to take Naeva.”

“I don’t want to separate Naeva from you,” Robb replied, although he wanted to spend some time alone with Serafina. Perceptive as always, Serafina noticed what he wasn’t saying out loud.

“It’s alright. I’m sure you and Naeva will eventually become friends, but she doesn’t have to stay with us every night. Alina will take good care of her.”

Robb’s expression softened as he squeezed Serafina’s hand, his eyes filled with warmth. "Are you sure?" he asked, though there was a trace of relief in his voice.

Serafina smiled knowingly, her thumb gently brushing over his knuckles. "I'm sure. I think we both could use some time alone, don’t you?"

Robb chuckled, a hint of mischief in his eyes now. "I wouldn’t argue with that."

She glanced at Naeva, who seemed perfectly content, curled up in a ball between them. “Besides, I think Naeva will enjoy the royal treatment from Alina for a night,” Serafina added with a playful smile.

Robb nodded, watching as Serafina leaned over and gave Naeva a gentle stroke. “Alright, then. Just promise me that you won’t start missing her the moment she’s gone,” he teased.

Serafina laughed softly. “I’ll survive one night,” she said, glancing up at him with a teasing glint in her eye. “I’ll have you to keep me company.”

Robb’s smile grew wider, and he shifted closer to her on the bed, his arm wrapping around her waist. "I suppose I can manage that," he murmured, his voice lowering as he pressed a soft kiss to her temple.

At that moment, there was a light knock at the door, interrupting the moment. It creaked open, and Alina stepped inside, her eyes flicking between Serafina and Robb with a knowing look.

“Your Grace,” she said quietly, “I’m ready to take Naeva if you’re sure.”

Serafina smiled and nodded. “Yes, please, Alina. Make sure she’s comfortable.”

Alina approached the bed with a gentle grace, scooping up Naeva carefully. The sand cat gave a small huff but didn’t protest, settling into Alina’s arms as if she knew the routine. “I’ll take good care of her, don’t worry,” Alina promised with a soft smile.

“Thank you, Alina,” Serafina replied warmly.

As Alina exited with Naeva, the room fell quiet again, the atmosphere shifting into something more intimate. Robb looked down at Serafina, his gaze soft and full of affection. “Now, where were we?”

Serafina laughed softly, leaning into him, her voice turning playful. “I think you were about to show me how much you’ve missed me.”

Robb grinned, his lips brushing against hers. “You’re right… and I have.”

His kisses became more passionate as his hand started slowly to caress her side. “I want you,” he murmured, unable to stop the words from coming out.

Her eyes widened and she cupped his cheek with her uninjured hand. “You mean…tonight?”

“If you’re ready and not in pain. I know your injuries haven’t healed yet, but I promise to be careful. Will you let me have you?”

She looked completely stunned. “But… I’m not prepared for you,” she murmured. “I’m wearing just my normal nightgown and my hair…”

“None of that matters to me,” he cut in. “I’ve wanted you for a long time, but you know I wouldn’t force you. I love you, Serafina.”

Serafina stared up at Robb, her breath catching at his words.

"I love you too," she whispered, her voice soft but certain. Her fingers traced the lines of his face, revealing her hesitation.

Robb sensed her unease. He pressed a tender kiss to her forehead, his hand slowing its movement against her side. "We don’t have to rush," he assured her, his voice soft and full of care. "I just want you to feel safe. We can wait if you’re not ready."

Serafina smiled softly, the tension easing from her shoulders. "I do want this, Robb. I want us, but… promise me you’ll be gentle."

He nodded, his gaze locking with hers as his thumb brushed gently over her lips. "I swear it."

With that, Serafina leaned up and kissed him, her arms winding around his neck as she gave herself over to the moment. Robb responded with equal tenderness, every movement deliberate and filled with care. He made sure that she was comfortable and relaxed before gently undressing her. She didn’t try to cover herself, but a flush was rising in her cheeks as she lay naked on the bed. He took his time, admiring every little detail before softly touching her neck.

“You’re beautiful, my love,” he murmured.

“Thank you,” she replied shyly. “And thank you for being so patient.”

He shook his head. “No need to thank me for that.”

Robb’s heart swelled with affection as he gazed down at her, her vulnerability only making her more beautiful in his eyes. He gently stroked her cheek, his touch light and reassuring. “I’ve always known you were strong, Serafina,” he said softly, “but seeing you like this, trusting me… it means everything.”

Serafina’s blush deepened, but she held his gaze as he undressed. Slowly, Robb joined her in the bed, his movements careful and deliberate. His lips brushed against her skin, trailing warmth wherever they went, and Serafina closed her eyes, letting herself melt into the sensation.

Robb had wanted this for so long that he had to struggle to retain control. Starting with her neck, he traced kisses down to her chest and took his time sucking and nipping her beautiful breasts. Hearing her soft moans made him painfully aroused, but he was determined to make this as pleasant as possible for her.

Claiming her maidenhead would cause her some pain, and the least he could do was to prepare her body properly first. Mindful of her injuries, he moved down and gently spread her legs open. Her moans were getting louder as he tasted her and soon, she was trembling uncontrollably. Seeing her losing all control and surrendering to him completely, filled him with lust he had never felt before. All he could think about was claiming her. Making her his.

She belonged to him. Every part of her. After pushing her over the edge, leaving her panting and shaking, he carefully positioned himself on top of her and entered her as slowly and gently as he could.

“I’m sorry, love,” he murmured as she yelped in pain after he claimed her maidenhead. “Do you want to stop?”

She shook her head. “Gently, please.”

“Of course.”

He kept his thrusts slow and gentle, although it took all his self-control. His fingers kept caressing her cheek and he whispered adoring words in her ear. Her body felt incredible as if she would have been made for him. After a few more thrusts, he reached his climax, feeling nothing but perfect bliss. Carefully he pulled out of her and rolled on his back beside her, trying to catch his breath.

His eyes lingered on the bloodstain, and a wave of guilt washed over him. He turned to Serafina, gently cupping her face. “I’m sorry,” he whispered, concern in his voice. “I didn’t mean to hurt you.”

Serafina reached out and placed a reassuring hand on his chest, her eyes soft and understanding. “It’s alright,” she replied, her voice gentle. “I’m alright. I promise. I knew this might happen.” She smiled faintly, trying to ease his worry. “You were careful, Robb. And I wanted this.”

He was still troubled, though her words were calming. “Are you sure?” he asked, his thumb brushing over her cheek. “I don’t ever want to cause you pain.”

She nodded, leaning into his touch. “I’m sure. It’s part of the first time, right? I feel fine, just a little sore. But it’s nothing to worry about.”

Robb kissed her forehead, still feeling protective but reassured by her words. “I’ll take better care of you next time,” he vowed softly, his arms wrapping around her, pulling her close. “I love you, Serafina.”

“And I love you,” she whispered back, resting her head on his chest.
