“Lance, what the fuck is in our bathtub?” Keith shouts, crouched on the bathroom floor, refusing to break eye contact with the creature.
It’s small, no bigger than one of the fish Keith swam with as a podling when his tail fins hardened enough to beat against the current. Triangular ears flick on top of its tiny head, and orange-tan and black patches dot the thing’s white fur.
“What’s what, Red?” Lance says sleepily as he pads into the bathroom, rubbing at his eyes.
or, keith runs into something unlikely in he and lance’s shared bathroom.
