Before the stream starts, you decide to send Okayu a superchat. You almost never do that, since you're saving money for the vacation this summer, but you think "it's just 20$" and send one.
After the stream she actually reads your name and you feel so excited.
"I don't like horror games much but if I'm with Okayu I can endure anything" she reads "Aww, thank you! Let's go on a haunted house date next time!"
"Did she just invited me to a date? I mean, it's not for real but it feels so... aaahh..." You internally scream, but part of you wishes it was a real invitation and can't stop smiling.
You go to sleep and the next day you receive a DM on Twitter. It's from Okayu and you freak out, risking to throw the phone on the ceiling.
"Are you free next Monday? I have some free time and want to meet you here." The message is followed by a google map of an amusement park.
She actually invited you to a haunted house date! You look up at me and realize it's a fanfic-hey! No distractions! Stay in character! Stop looking up there! Do you want me to describe each day of preparation for the date or you want to skip to the date? Yeah, that's what I thought.

You arrive at the amusement park and look for Okayu. You thought she was at the entrance, but she maybe already entered. While you ponder what to do, Ookami Mio reaches you.
"Hey, it's you the guy who has a date with Okayu?"
"M-Mio? Uhm, yes..." you hesitate, unsure of what's happening. Okayu of course talked about the date with someone else, but you quite don't get it, overflowed by the emotion of meeting such beautiful idols.
"Ahah, good! It's nice that you had a pic of yourself as profile picture." Mio replies "Come on, follow me, Okayu and Subaru are waiting for you."
You eagerly follow her. You're mesmerized by her form. Mio is pretty tall and her very long black hair are even more magnificent seen from so close.
Finally you see Okayu and Subaru waiting in front of the Haunted house. The Haunted house presents a big text saying 'Haunted House' and is exactly as you expected, a two floors house with rotten wood and dead trees around, nothing too original.
Okayu waves at you timidly, while Subaru seems annoyed, somehow. You focus on Okayu. She wears a gray sweater vest with a cleavage cutout and two belts above and below the chest area, enhancing her curves. She has a black and white skirt and a huge black jacket that, somehow, she manages to wear at elbows height. You can't peel your eyes off of her, she's actually her and in front of you.
"Hi..." She calls you.
"Hi, O-Okayu..." You blush in front of her.
"Wow, you're both so timid, what is happening?" Subaru is weirded out.
"I told you, Subaru. He has his own face as profile pic..." Okayu blushes while saying this, apparently it means a lot to her.
"Ah, yeah, I see... " Subaru strongly agrees "But don't let your guard down, that's why me and Mio are here."
"Don't say it like that. Look at him, he's so cute..." Mio replies.
You feel like having your face as profile picture means something much more than you thought and it's clear that Subaru doesn't trust you. You can understand why, you literally appeared out of nowhere for them.
"Ok, shall we enter?" Okayu reaches to hold your hand but Subaru grabs her hand first.
"We'll enter in couples. Me and Okayu and this guy and Mio, ok?"
"Aren't you a bit overprotective?" Mio says to Subaru, stealing the words from you.
"Su-nya, are you jealous that my date is with him and not you?" Okayu teases Subaru.
"I'm already regretting this, but it's for your own good, Okayu. Just trust me."
Okayu smiles.
You four enter the haunted house. It's dark and dusty. Mio looks around and turns on a light, the yellow old light illuminates the room in a vintage fashion that is more amusing than scary.
"Su-nya! What is that?" Okayu says in a silly and high-pitched voice.
"Don't run, Okayu!"
Okayu drags Subaru away, almost as if she knew perfectly where to go.
You and Mio are now alone.
"So, how did you met Okayu?" She obviously asks.
"Well, like anyone, watching her streams."
"Uhm, I see..."
"I sent her a superchat and she invited me to a date. I didn't expect the date to be real."
"Yeah, but, you see, you have your face as profile picture. And also used your real name." She explains.
"Why is it so important?" you finally ask.
"Well, it means you are showing your real self, so you have nothing to hide."
You nod in understanding. You're going to add something when a skeleton jumps out of a closet and longs the hands forward. Mio jumps and screams, leaning close to you.
You also got taken by surprise but Mio's presence comforts you enough to hold her and caress her.
"It's just a skeleton, is already dead." you reassure her.
"Ah, right. Ahahahah" Mio laughs, the sound of her laugh resonates and warms your heart.
"HEY! No touching!" Subaru screams, reaching both of you and pushing you.
"Subaru! Calm down." Mio replies.
"You don't know, Mio? He has his face as profile picture and uses his name and last name. He can't be trusted!"
"But it means he has nothing to hide!"
"But it also means he wants to grab your trust and do something bad!"
"Come on, he's harmless..." Mio understands Subaru worries.
"Wait... You thought he was dangerous and left me with him?" Mio raises her voice.
"N-no, it's not like that..." Subaru hesitates.
"Where is Okayu?" Mio changes topic.
"Uh? I lost sight of her and was looking for her, then found you two."
"I'll go find her." Mio says, and with that she runs away, leaving you and Subaru alone.
Subaru looks at you. She clearly doesn't trust you.
"Ok, I think I need to explain something..." Subaru looks away.
You both start walking, you find a staircase and climb it.
"The thing is that you're a boy. And since you're fan of Okayu and also have her membership you're a horny boy."
"Don't you have too her membership?"
"Wait... that was just out of curiosity, and I can understand why would you get her membership..." Subaru blushes.
"Well, her fans are just very affectionate, but..."
"And why you had your hands on Mio just now?"
"She was scared and got close to me. I was trying to reassure her."
"Yeah, whatev-Ahh!" Subaru screams as a door starts being knocked repeatedly by an unseen growling monster. She steps close to you.
"Uhm, ok... I believe that..." Subaru admits timidly.
"I'll be honest, Subaru, I'm freaking out too, here."
"It's okay, but we're together, so we can comfort eachother."
"Then what's the matter?"
"I don't trust Okayu."
You are stunned by her words but already know what she means.
"Invite a fan to an actual date? No, it's not what Okayu usually does... there's something more..."
"Subaru" You hold her hand, taking confindence in your words.
"I trust Okayu, she invited me on this date because she trusts me too."
"Yeah, because of the profile picture thing, but..."
"And even if there's something more, what is she gonna do? She's just very..."
"Lewd!" Subaru interrupts you "Don't stay too close to her, or she could..."
Suddenly, you can hear Okayu screaming. Subaru runs towards the source of the scream and disappears behind a door. Another door behind you opens and a couple of hands touch your shoulders, scaring you.
"Ahah! You thought it was 4 friends on a haunted house date, but it was 3 friends and a monster!" Okayu breathes on your ear, sending shivers down your spine and making you jump and turn to her.
"Okayu! You scared me!"
She laughs loudly, clearly enjoying your reaction.
"Ahahah! I'm sorry, did I scare you too much?"
"Yeah, just a bit..." You blush, both offended and aroused by her actions.
"Yeah, I already came here with Korone, so I know every trap and jumpscare." As she says that, she goes near the stained glass window and triggers another jumpscare, a bunch of blue lights flash, a loud thunder noise plays in the background and a huge ghost silhouette appears on the window. She unintentionally emits a small moan, scared by the thunder noise.
"Ah, I see..." You notice, trying to calm down.
"Well, follow me, I'll show you around... my house!" She playfully grins and rawrs, making you smile.
As she steps in another room, she screams out loud and puts her hands on her face. You can see a cockroach was flying around and, apparently, got near her face. She hides her face leaning on your chest and holding your waist. You're startled and panic from the sudden hug. You remember Subaru's words and you know that she's right.
"Onyanya..." Okayu looks at you with tears in her eyes. She now has her hands on your chest and she's shaking, that insect actually scared her.
"Okayu..?" You look at her, for a brief moment speechless and uncapable of thinking.
"It's... it's just a bug, don't worry." You caress her cheek delicately, she holds your hand and leans in your touch, moaning softly.
"Okayu... I must ask you... why did you invite me on this date? Is it because of the profile picture?"
"Well... " she stays silent and blushes, looking away.
"Subaru said it's unusual for you to..."
"It's..." she interrupts you "It's because... I like you..."
You stay silent for a bit.
"Yeah, it's for this reason... you know me really well, since you watched my streams for so long but I don't really know you. I see you in chat being nice and cute and wanted to know you better."
"But there's a lot of people in chat everyday. Why me?" you ask.
"Well... I..."
"Is it for the profile picture?"
"And your real name!" She laughs "It could be your working account and you use it to simp for me! It's just so... interesting." She leans close to you and looks at you in the eyes.
"O-Okayu..."
She steps back and holds your hand. She looks away and blushes.
"We're finally alone... how about having some fun?"
You blush and sweat, thinking about that. She looks at you and smiles warmly. She holds your hand and brings you to a room, but doesn't enter, instead opens the door slightly and let you see. Mio and Subaru are screaming and running around.
"This place is the worst!" Mio screams.
"Why there's so many bugs! This house is really abandoned!"
Okayu and you try to hold your laughs. Suddenly, Subaru opens the door wide.
"Found you! Where you two doing dirty stuff?" Subaru scolds, in a much more playful manner, this time.
"This place is full of dirty stuff already." Okayu replies, while laughing.
"Yeah, how about we go out of here?" Mio adds.
Suddenly, a man in high-visibility vest enters the room.
"Who are you people?" The man asks.
"Uh? We're visiting the haunted house, why?" Subaru replies.
"This is not the haunted house. It's not since 2003." the man replies.
Everyone remains silent.
"You should get out of here, it's not safe and if one of these traps activates it could start a fire."
"Why wasn't this place demolished years ago?" Okayu asks.
"I even paid to enter!" Mio continues concerned.
"And it's in the middle of the amusement park!" Subaru screams.
The man takes a photo of the group with an old camera and gives it to us, then laughs and disappears behind a wall. The group looks at the photo, their faces are the most concerned and scared they've ever been in the entire day. It was part of the Haunted house experience.
The group exits the haunted house, absolutely speechless. You and Okayu still hold each other hands and slowly walk out of the house, remaining behind.
Okayu turns to look at you. Her glance is intense and capture your eyes.
"We didn't got to talk much, but it was nice to see you." She says.
"Okayu... I should be the one saying that..." You can't stop smiling. Your faces are mere inches apart.
"You!!!" Subaru runs towards you two.
Okayu smiles and holds Subaru's face then kisses her on the cheek.
"Su-nya. You can't wait for your turn?" She teases Subaru again, making her speechless. Okayu laughs at her reaction, followed by Mio.
"Ok, it's time to go. Bye." Subaru runs away.
"Subaru! Wait!" Mio follows her.
"I should go too..." Okayu holds your hands and looks at you, seemingly with no intention of letting go.
"It's alright... I'll see you on stream." You reply.
"Yeah... make sure to comment, so I can see you too..." her voice is a bit sad. You look at her as she blushes and looks away.
"Okayu..." you whisper.
She leaves your hands.
"Well, it can't be helped. You're a fan, I'm an idol. We just have fun casually, right?" She smiles, but it looks really different from before.
"Yeah... But it's okay... I'm glad I had this chance and can't ask for better." You reply, trying to reassure her.
"Aww, you're so sweet! Stop it!" Okayu hugs you tightly "You can try all you want to make me fall in love with you, it will not work."
"Yeah, your true love is Korone, I know."
Okayu laughs at your statement.
"By the way, she's not here, right? If she sees us..." you ask worried.
"Don't worry. She doesn't beat up anyone, it's just a joke she does on stream."
Okayu leans close to your face.
"And even so..." she whispers "I'll protect you. You're my onyanya."
With that, Okayu waves goodbye and goes away, leaving you standing in front of the haunted house. Million of thoughts traverse your mind, your fantasy has become reality for a really brief moment and you will remember this day forever.
