“Klee, if you keep staring out of that window, your friends are going to think you are a stalker..” Said Klee’s mother, Jean as she squeezed lemons in a large jar to make lemonade. Klee was excitedly anticipating her friends’ arrival for her “BOMB-TASTIC” sleepover, and due to her over-excitement, had been staring at the front window for at least 20 minutes.
“OH MAMA I THINK DIONA IS HERE- oh wait… never mind that’s just a normal cat..” Klee had finally given up and slowly went off to her room to try and keep herself busy.
However, not even 2 minutes after Klee had left, a gentle rap on the door welcomed Klee’s first guest.
“Thank you so much for inviting dear Diona over, she’s been so excited for this sleepover all weekend.” Said Draff, Diona’s father. “Hello Master Jean!” Greeted Diona as she clutched her heavy bag.
“MAMA!! WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME DIONA WAS HERE?!” Roared Klee, as she raced down the stairs and squeezed past her mother to give Diona a big welcoming hug. Diona embraced the hug for a few seconds before she slightly pushed Klee away. Diona asked if anyone else had arrived yet.
“Nope! Which means I can quickly show you my bomb collection before the others get here!” Klee excitedly replied. The two girls dashed into the house and up the stairs to Klee’s room.
“Not even a goodbye..” Laughed Draff.
In the next couple of minutes to come, Klee and Diona had welcomed their next few guests: Yaoyao, who had bought “tons of fried radish balls and other radish-related snacks” as she said. Sayu, who had been accompanied to the house by a raccoon with a cute little leaf on its head. Dori who had almost misread the location and was about to end up traveling to Khaenri'ah. And Qiqi, who had Baizhu bringing her in, and had to remind her more than a few times that it is was Klee’s sleepover and that he’d be seeing her tomorrow.
To start off the “bomb-tastic” sleepover, Jean suggested the girls go and play outside and, quote, “touch some grass”. So Diona suggested they play some soccer in the back yard.
There were 2 teams:
Team 1 consisting of:
- Klee
- Diona
- And Yaoyao
And Team 2 had:
- Dori
- Sayu
- And Qiqi
They played the soccer game as though it were it were an official game, even trying to get Klee’s dad, Diluc, to be the commentator. (He strongly refused) At half time, Jean called them in for some ice cold, hand-squeezed lemonade. This seemed to be a trigger word, since all the girls came dashing into the kitchen to gulp down the soury-sweet concoction.
“This is the best lemonade I’ve ever tasted! 10 out of 10! Would highly recommend!” Said Dori, as though she was reviewing the drink.
“This is the only lemonade I’ve ever tasted!” Followed Sayu, as she started munching on the lemon slice that had been bobbing in the drink.
Jean could help but blush slightly as the rest of the girls high praised her amazing lemonade.
Klee and her friends went back to their “TFL (Teyvat Football League) final game” and the score was 12-12. There would have been a determined winning team. However, the game was abruptly cut short when Sayu accidentally used 100% of her power on a kick and the ball went flying at an unbelievable speed to the house two yards down. The game ended right there and then.
In an attempt to find a new game to play, Dori suggested they all play catch. The rest of them agreed in unison, however, there was no more ball to play with (obviously). As they all looked around the yard for a ball substitute, Qiqi pointed to a specific red, rectangular object.

DILUC’S POV
Diluc sat at the table next to the kitchen window. His hair was in a higher-than-usual ponytail and it was extremely fluffy and puffy (He started using Jean’s shampoo, thus he also smelt faintly of dandelions). He drank his favorite grape juice out of his “#1 GRUMPY BOI” mug (given to him by his “favorite” brother, Kaeya) whilst reading a book about a red-haired knight with a spiky, crimson spear, whose ultimate goal was to “protect all beauty” and was trying to find some magical lady named “Idrila”. He was actually starting to quite enjoy the book until a loud THUMP sound followed by a bunch of little girls laughing could be heard from outside. Diluc tried to ignore it at first, however, as the loud sound of something violently hitting the ground continued, he was forced to put his book down and look out of the window.
“Uhhh… Jean dear. Why are Klee and her friends playing catch with a brick?”
~End of Mr. Grumpy Pants’ POV~
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
After Jean had scolded Klee and rest of her friends and confiscated the brick, taking it with her back into the house, the girls decided that they had had enough ‘grass-touching time’ and retreated back into the house. “Why don’t we play some Boblox?” Suggested Klee. Everyone agreed and started taking taking out their gaming devices.
Klee got out her dad’s (clearly specified for work purposes) laptop, Diona had her iPad, decorated with various cat stickers, Yaoyao took out her phone, which had a case with cute Yuegui-Shaped ears. Sayu also had her iPad, silver with leaf and raccoon stickers plastered on the back and had various cracks all over the front screen. Dori had bought her big-ass computer set-up and had to spend about 15 minutes setting it up. Qiqi got out her blue iPad but had to wait for it to charge first saying that she had forgotten to charge it. Once everything was sorted out, they had started playing a few role-play games and a couple of obbies and all of that. (y’know, your typical Roblox games)
However with attention spans of goldfishes, the girls soon got extremely bored of their gaming session and had decided to start exploring the house, with Klee being their tour guide. They had visited various rooms before reaching a room which had bird feathers littered all over the entrance. “Wow Klee, I didn’t know you made pillows!” Said Yaoyao.
“Oh, no. I don’t. It’s my dad’s bird’s room.” Replied Klee. “She kinda just stays here most of the time.”
“Can we pet her?” Asked Dori.
“Uhhh… let me go ask my dad first!” Said Klee as she went dashing down the corridor. Moments later she had re-emerged, panting. “H-he… said… sure…” she wheezed.
So, slowly, the girls went to the room with the eagle and Klee went up to the big bird, who squawked happily and flew onto Klee’s arm. Klee almost toppled over due to the large bird perched on her arm. She slowly turned around and said, “You guys can take turns slightly stroking her now. Except you, Diona, I can see you drooling. Go wait by the door.” Diona was drooling an extreme amount at the big bird and looked as though she was about to pounce on it.
The girls (minus Diona), each took turns petting Diluc’s bird before Klee put her back on her perch and closed the door to the room again. And they all continued their tour of the house. It didn’t last much longer as the girls, once again, got in trouble with Jean when Klee had taken 1 of her swords, her beloved Missplitter Reforged, from the weapon room and started swinging it around, nearly slicing Qiqi and Dori various times and successfully making a relatively large dent in the wall.
“You girls seem quite bored, so why don’t we go out for some pizza and go to the park?” Asked Jean.
Klee and her friends burst into excitement and rushed back downstairs to get their shoes whilst chanting “PIZZA! PIZZA!” Within a few minutes the girls were already waiting in Diluc’s car, still shouting “PIZZA! PIZZA!”. Jean and Diluc slowly made their way out of the house, deep in conversation, and were walking WAY too slowly for Klee and her friends’ liking, so they started chanting even louder. This did seem to have the desired effect as Jean and Diluc slightly (and I mean, VERY slightly) picked up the pace as they made their way to the car.
The journey to Pizza Place was not usually long. But to Jean and Diluc, it felt like an eternity with a bunch of little girls screaming the word “PIZZA!” over and over again. Diluc thanked Jean for driving as he said if he had been the one driving, he would gone crazy with these girls and would have driven into the lamppost long time ago.
Eventually they had made it to the Pizza Place drive-thru and they had gotten to the ordering till thingy.
“PIZZA! PIZZA! PIZZA!”
“Girls shush, or I’m not gonna order pizza for anyone.” Jean snapped.
The car suddenly became very silent. Diluc let out a sigh of relief.
“Thank you. Sorry- can I please order 8 pizzas? Oh, uh.. yes.. 8…”
Eventually, everyone got their pizzas and Jean had driven over to the park. It was already approaching sunset, but not quite yet as the sun was still slightly visible. Klee and her friends sat on a large blanket eating their pizzas whilst Jean and Diluc sat a bit away from them on the bench nearby. Klee and the rest of her friends were going on a serious debate on how pineapple on pizza should be banned throughout Teyvat. Klee was strongly saying that anyone that ACTUALLY LIKED pineapple on pizza should be arrested immediately, however Yaoyao was happily enjoying her Hawaiian pizza whilst claiming it wasn’t actually that bad and that Klee should TRY IT before judging it. (Klee strongly refused). Whilst this pizza debate was going on, Jean and Diluc were happily discussing the quickest and most efficient way to brutally decapitate a hillichurl if one were to try and attack either of them.
Suddenly, Klee had walked up to her parents and looked like she was going to say something to them. “Oh, hi Klee, what’s up?” Diluc asked.
“Nothing.” Responded the Crimson Knight as she put her pizza box, still with her half eaten pizza, onto Diluc’s lap and ran off to the playground to join her friends.
Diluc shrugged and opened the pizza box to take one of Klee’s half eaten slices. “More for me I guess.” Is all that he said as he started to take a bite.
By the time they had all gotten back to Klee’s house. It was already quite dark outside, so Jean recommended that they change into their pyjamas, whilst she prepares them some nice hot chocolate and popcorn for their movie night. Excitedly, Klee and her friends went to go change. A few minutes later, they had all came back to the living room wearing their respective pyjamas.
Klee was wearing a cute white dog onesie with brown floppy ears on the hood, brown spots all over and a small little tail sticking out at the back. Klee insisted on wearing this, despite it not even being cold outside. Diona was wearing a magenta pyjama top with the words “NUMBER 1 WINE DESTROYER” on the front. Her pyjama shorts had little cats all over it. Yaoyao wore a matching pyjama set, a green top and shorts with white and yellow Yuegui silhouettes plastered all over. She also wore a lime blanket with a hood on it with giant bunny ears. Dori wore purple pyjamas with yellow Mora decorating the nightwear. Sayu wore a very simple white nightdress with raccoon shaped slippers. Lastly, Qiqi was wearing a nightdress that went from blue to a lilac colour.
By the time they had all returned, Jean had already set up the living room. Each of the girls sleeping bags had been neatly laid out on the floor and the couch had been moved back slightly to make the room more spacious. Jean had also put up some fairy lights to brighten up the dark room. In the middle of the living room was a giant bowl of crispy, warm popcorn and other snacks. On the kitchen island, lay 6 cups of creamy, hot chocolate, each decorated with a handful of tiny marshmallows.
As each of the girls went to the kitchen to take their delicious drinks, they didn’t forget to thank Jean. As each one of them thanked her, Jean couldn’t help but smile at each of the girls’ words of thanks as they took their cup and waddled over to the living room and onto their sleeping bag.
“We should all decide on a movie that we will ALL enjoy.” Said Klee as she plopped onto her sleeping bag and grabbed the remote.
“Why don’t we watch a scary movie?” Suggested Diona. Everyone agreed.
From Jean and Diluc’s room, high-pitched screams followed by lots of giggling could be heard from the living room downstairs. Jean was visibly exhausted and had her face buried in a pillow on the bed. Diluc was sitting on the opposite side of the bed, reading his book, however, he looked as though he would doze off at any second. He had also been reading the same paragraph at least 20 times already.
“Diluc, can you PLEASE tell the girls to keep it down, or I will cut off the power.” Muttered Jean through the pillow.
Diluc slowly got up, rubbed his eyes, left the book on the bed and left the room.
As Klee and her friends screamed at the jumpscare from the movie and shortly after burst into laughter, they heard heavy footsteps going down the staircase, which caused them to actually scream in fear. Diluc tiredly continued walking down the staircase but decided he wasn’t going to waste energy going all the way down just to go back up again. “Can you girls please keep it down just a bit. It’s already quite late.. and… um.. yeah..” Said Diluc as he slightly adjusted his ponytail. The girls fearfully nodded. “Ok cool. good night then. And.. enjoy your movie..” from there Diluc went back upstairs and a slight thud of the bedroom door was heard.
During the movie, sleep slowly got the better of each of the girls and one by one, they all fell asleep. Starting with Sayu, who fell asleep not even 15 minutes into the movie, and lastly Dori (who had placed a bet with Diona saying that she wouldn’t fall asleep during the movie.) None of them actually finished the movie.

DIONA’S POV
Sometime late into the night, Diona’s eyes suddenly flared open as she heard a very consistent and irritating noise. The sound of… a bed creaking..? She tiredly looked around into the darkness of the living room. Klee was sprawled out on top of her sleeping bag, sleeping on her back and a very, very light snore escaped her mouth. She also had her beloved Dodoco resting beside her. (Klee was never seen without her dear plush-friend) Yaoyao was clutching Yuegui and sleeping in a fœtus position. Sayu was sleeping in her tanooki ball form and Diona thought it was a little bit freaky. Dori was sleeping on her side, hugging her pillow and sleep-muttering something something about “Mora…” and how “your rent is due… pay up..” It was so soft it was barely audible, however it was audible enough for Diona. Qiqi was sleeping flat on her back, dead-as-hell. Her eyelids were ever so slightly opened, even though she was fast asleep and she would have looked deceased had her chest not been, very slightly and very slowly moving up and down signifying that she was indeed still alive. That’s when Diona realized… none of them were actually sleeping on a bed. Which meant the only place the creaking bed noise could come from was-
As if to confirm her suspicions, the sounds of muffled moaning could be heard from Jean and Diluc’s room.
Diona cursed her sensitive cat-hearing as she tried to cover her ears with her pillow. However, her ears seemed to have adjusted to hear the sounds even better. She could hear the occasional grunting of Diluc, and Jean moaning with pleasure as the creaking noise seemed to have gotten slightly louder and faster-paced. The noise was not loud enough to wake anyone else up though.
“At this rate, I’m not gonna get anymore sleep tonight…” Diona angrily, but quietly, muttered.
She was very right.
End of Cat Girl’s POV~ (poor kitty lmao)
. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁˖ . ݁
The next morning, Klee and her friends had woken up to an amazing smell coming from the kitchen. (Klee had to shake Qiqi awake, as she wasn’t awoken by the smell) They all got up and rushed to the kitchen. Jean and Diluc were making fluffy, golden pancakes drizzled with white chocolate sauce. Jean looked very… energised?… as though she had had an AMAZING sleep the previous night. Diluc also looked noticeably more… happy?… as though he was satisfied with something that happened last night. Jean was even limping ever so slightly as she walked, but obviously nobody noticed anything, except Diona, who looked extremely tired and grumpy due to her lack of sleep. “Why don’t you all quickly brush your teeth before coming over to eat breakfast?” Asked Jean. Klee and her friends all left the kitchen to brush their teeth. They quickly reappeared after a few minutes and by then Jean and Diluc had already finished making the breakfast and had already started eating their plates of pancakes, whilst playing a fun game of scrabble. The two adults were playfully arguing on words that do and don’t exist.. “Diluc. I’m telling you ‘frwetr’..? Is not a word.” Jean laughed. Diluc crossed his arms and said, “Prove it.” The girls sat down at the dining table and started enjoying their amazing breakfast.
“Your parents are such good pancake cookers!” Yaoyao said to Klee as she stuffed a pancake into her mouth.
“Klee’s mom should give me the recipe so that I can make them and sell them for Mora! 5 thousand Mora a piece!” Said Dori whilst licking the chocolate off her top pancake.
The girls kept chatting whilst enjoying their food and it took them nearly 45 minutes to get up and go wash their dishes. Once they had finished with that, they each took a shower, gotten into their normal clothes and were all sitting on the staircase, watching Qiqi play Geometric Dash with no audio.
To conclude the last few hours of the sleepover, Jean said that the girls should go out and enjoy the morning sun. They did just that and went outside to dip their feet in the pool. They also played a bit of tag, and even tried to get the brick back to play brick catch, however Jean was multiple steps ahead of them and had hidden the brick.
Once they all went inside again and were about to play some Boblox again, when Diona put her iPad away. “You guys. We didn’t do the most important thing of a sleepover.” She said as she walked over to her sleeping bag.
“We didn’t do what, Diona?” Klee asked as she followed her feline friend. Yaoyao followed close behind. Just before Klee opened her mouth again Diona slammed a pillow right into her face.
“A pillow fight. Duh.” Diona smiled.
Klee got up and grinned as she grabbed the pillow besides her. She swung the pillow and it looked as though it was going to hit Diona square in the face, however Klee swung right past her and the pillow hit Yaoyao instead. “Oh, Klee. This means war .” Said Yaoyao, clutching Yuegui to use as a pillow weapon. The rest of the girls excitedly joined in the pillow fight.
For the next 30 minutes Klee and her friends had an extremely fun, but extremely violent, pillow fight. There were pillows flying all over the living room and each of the girls were hitting each other hard with the soft, feathery pillows. Sayu even used some of the couch cushions to build herself a fort to protect herself from stray pillows whilst still being able to throw pillows at her friends.
Diluc tried to pass through the living room to get to his room when a pillow whizzed right at him and hit him on the shoulder. (But because of how strong he was, the pillow’s impact was extremely light) He looked down at the pillow that laid by his feet, then at the little girls in the living room screaming and laughing whilst throwing and hitting each other with various pillows. He bent down to pick up the pillow. Then, using nearly all of his strength, he blindly hurled the pillow back into the chaos of the pillow fight. What he didn’t realize is that the pillow was aimed right at Klee and it hit her on the back of her head. The sheer force of the pillow knocked her right over and she landed flat on her face. Diluc quickly rushed up the staircase and dashed to his room before anyone noticed he had been the one who threw the pillow since he was definitely NOT ready to deal with any little girls with bleeding noses.
Klee got up and, quite confused, looked around to see who had thrown that pillow at such an extreme speed and force. When she didn’t see anyone besides her friends continuing to wack each other with pillows, she shrugged, grabbed another pillow and continued with the pillow fight.
The pillow fight went on until around 1pm, when the doorbell rang. Which met someone was going to go home.
The first person to go home was Yaoyao. Who had her Auntie Xianyun pick her up. Everyone sadly bid Yaoyao farewell as she packed the last of her stuff up and off she went. Within the next hour, Dori, Sayu, and Qiqi had also went home, and by 2pm Diona was the last person to leave.
Klee gave her semi-feline friend a farewell hug and happily waved goodbye to her as Diona and her dad drove off.
And that concluded Klee’s BOMB-TASTIC sleepover. She couldn’t wait for her next one.
C’est fini~ ^^

~BONUS SCENE CAUSE WHY NOT?:~
“So… how would you rate your ‘Bomb-tastic’ sleepover?” Jean asked Klee as she took a sip of her iced tea. (It was literally just tea with ice in it 🧊)
“Oh it was FANTASTIC! I LOVED it! I would give it a…. 9 and a half out 10!” Klee happily replied.
Diluc chuckled. “And why not a 10 out of 10?” He asked.
“You guys were fucking too loud last night.” Klee answered in a calm, cool tone, as though it wasn’t a big deal.
Jean spat out her tea in horror. Diluc choked on the leftover pancake he was eating.
“KLEE-“
“Diona told me.” Klee innocently shrugged.
Diluc and Jean both flushed a deep red from utter embarrassment. Diluc folded his arms and tried to look away whilst Jean covered her face with her hands.
“So like… does that mean I’ll become a big sister orr…?” Klee asked her parents.
Jean and Diluc turned to her, horror-struck and quickly shouted in unison, “NO!”
~~
Jean and Diluc were too embarrassed to look Diona in the eyes for the next month.
