When Luffy was done telling the story of what happened to Ace they just sat there in silence, he didn't know what to say. Yes Ace had said he had gone through something similar and Luffy had told him it was by someone they trusted but this, this was just more than he thought, he didn't know what to say or how to feel about this.
He thanked his captain and walked off to the back deck and sat there, he guessed he was there a while because soon Ace had come to join him. “I guess Luffy told you huh?” He nodded and winced as Ace leant into him, “Zoro, if Luffy and Sabo hadn't been there to help me overcome this I don't think I'd be here right now. Probably I would have given myself up to the government or joined the marines, or worse, not become a pirate at all seeing as it was Pirates who did this to me but it was caused by a close friend.” He glanced at the other who only smirked at him and sat up, Ace ruffled his hair “look nobody can change the past, we have to move forward with what we have in the present so don't dwell on events that have already happened. Zoro let us help you please, it will be painful, it may seem rushed but I don't want you to have to spend a year afraid of your crews touch and that's why I'm here”
He frowned brows furrowed as he hummed, “Zoro meet Usopp in the crows nest tomorrow after lunch, if you don't show them we will leave you alone. But if you do then I am going to need you to listen to everything I tell you to, no arguing or fighting us on this please” and without him saying anything Ace got up and left, leaving him there until dinner time where he made his way to the galley.
When he sat down he was dragged from his chair by Sanji and placed in the blondes lap, “cook what the hell are you doing!” He growled glaring at the other while everyone else just stared at them. Usopp didn't look to pleased neither did Ace and Luffy, “you need help right so why don't I feed you like the helpless marimo you are”, “huh-” he was cut off to chopsticks being shoved into his mouth causing him to cough as they were pushed to the back of his throat. “Sanji! Enough is enough, we know you have a problem with everything that is going on but taking it out on Zoro is going too far!” Nami yelled, slamming her hand on the table.
Sanji had the decency to look somewhat guilty at that, and he was pulled from Sanji’s lap by Usopp who held him close by the waist and was petting his hair making him shiver. “Can we just eat, I'm starving” he mumbled pushing away from the sniper and started to eat his food, the atmosphere returned to normal a bit later as Ace and Luffy inhaled food and fought over food stolen from others plates but they didn't touch his and he was a bit grateful for that.
Once dinner had come to an end he got up following everyone else out of the galley leaving the cook to do the dishes, he watched Nami and Robin go chat on their lounge chairs while Franky went to his workshop and chopper to the infirmary. He turned to see Ace wrapped around Luffy in a heated make out session as the two stumbled off to one of the empty rooms probably to go fuck or something. And Usopp well he was right beside him, “what do you want” he grumbled making his way back to the crows nest deciding to work out some more “I just want to talk” the other said holding his hands up in defense.
“Alright then talk” he pulled his shirt off as he picked up one of his heaviest weights and started his workout, Usopp watched him for a few minutes before sighing “Guess Ace already talked to you huh? So will you do it? Will you meet me up here tomorrow?” He didn't stop lifting but he didn't say anything either, but he did give the other a sharp glance making the sniper shriek before composing himself.
“Zoro, why won't you just listen. Just give in, it would be easier to just listen to yourself and your wants instead of arguing with and ignoring them wouldn't it? What do you have to gain from all of this stubbornness while ignoring what you could have” he froze and finally put the weights down to look at the other, “I need to be strong, I need to get stronger. Being weak doesn't make me strong Usopp it makes me vulnerable and open for attacks and I can't have that, not when the crews life could be on the line” hands put themselves on his face making him look at the other, “you are not weak, you are Roronoa Zoro once pirate hunter now right hand to the future pirate king and co-captain to the straw hats. You certainly aren't weak and if your thinking that then I probably need to just fuck it out of you dont I?”
He flinched backwards as his face burned at what Usopp said while the other just smirked at him, but he could see the uneasiness in the sniper's eyes. Gritting his teeth he clenched his hands and moved back to Infront of the other grabbing him by the back of the neck “maybe you do” he grumbled before pulling him in for a kiss that quickly turned into Usopp grabbing him and pulling him to the couch with hands roaming over his chest.
After a minute or so a shiver ran up his spine making him pull away “Usopp stop I'm not-” he was cut off by the other grabbing his hand and kissing it, “it's fine, if you come up here tomorrow then we will continue and figure this all out.” He gave the other a deadpanned look “when the hell did you become so suave” Usopp started laughing letting him go, “I've had good teachers I guess haha”. Oh so this was Ace and Luffy's doing, well he'd probably have to thank Ace and beat Luffy later but for not he really wanted the other to get off of him cause the boner that's pressing up to his ass was causing come issues.
“Alright get off of me”, “aw but Zoro we were having fun!”, “not if you and your limp dick don't leave me the hell alone!” Usopp scoffed “you call this limp! It's like this because of you dammit! Take responsibility!” he snickered and kissed the other again “maybe tomorrow, if I show up” with that he shoved the other off and left the crows nest leaving the horny sniper alone “DAMMIT ZORO!” he heard the hell from below making him smirk.
