(???) 3RD pov.
Blaze felt Hazy as she woke up. It was such a dick move for a meteor to crash into the Sol Emerald shrine as is, but for whatever reason, she was knocked out by the impact. Managing to at least get on her legs, she sees that she’s in… a movie place with several couches. Odd, getting a “hmm” out of her.
It also seems to have several others who had woken up. The green clad plumber (Luigi) was calling for a mario, the man with a helmet (captain Falcon) was trying to look around, the black hedgehog (shadow) was butting heads with the lanky dude (Waluigi), a star with limbs (Ristar) was comforting a small blue tadpole? (Poliwhirl) and then a small pink… thing (kirby) was running towards her.
“Hai!” it shouts out. “Uh, Hi?” Blaze Responds, unsure. “Kirby” it pointed to itself. “Well, nice to meet you, Kirby. I’m Blaze.”
“B-Blay?” Kirby stutters like it didn’t know how to say the name. “What, no! It’s-” Before she could elaborate, she gets splashed with water gun, which royally pissed her off.
“Alright, who splashed me?!” Turning around, she lashes out to see poliwhirl a little too happy before Ristar picked the tadpole pokemon up.
“No, please don’t splash others! Sorry Blaze, Poli here doesn’t seem to understand things aren’t fully casual.” the star kid explains. Waluigi walks over slightly annoyed.
“Well, maybe we could get out by sacrificing that tadpole, or the pink marshmellow by the cat” Waluigi dismisses pointing at Kirby for his latter point, earning a confused ‘Mars’ from him.
“No way, it should be treasured and we need to stick together. I don’t know what would be needed to get back home anyway” Ristar defended pointing out their situation.
“Well, I don’t work with a goody two shoes to get out. I deal with those kinds of people every day as is.” Waluigi says, earning a sad face from Luigi. Ristar puts poliwag puts
“Oh yeah? Well, in that case, I’d rather work with a vulture that had a terrible singing voice than you anyday.” Ristar mocked putting a smug grin on his face. While slackjawed for a moment Waluigi quickly gets angry, reaching in his pocket for something. “Why you li-”
“ENOUGH!” Shadow gets in between the bickerers, and pushes them back. “I may be losing my patience with you two, but maybe the star kid has a point. If we want to leave, I’d prefer we work together rather than bicker till we die. Besides, How far away could any of us be from any of our home worlds?” Shadow told the two and by extension, most others in the room.
“I don’t know” Captain falcon came to the rest after being by himself for the duration. “ I can’t detect any signals here and it seems we’re in an ether” This left concern in everyone.
“Th-th-this is b-b-badddd! Who could do such a thing?!” Luigi panicked
“While I can think of several individuals from your worlds who could do such a thing, I take full responsibility for all this.” a voice echoed throughout the room, gaining their attention. All heads turned to the front of the room to see an odd individual. He wore a pirates jacket, boots, a pair of blue shades, and a cowboy hat.
Before anyone else could voice their thoughts, Shadow teleports right to this being’s face and grabbed him by the front of his jacket. “You have 10 seconds to tell us why you dragged us to the middle of nowhere!” Shadow demanded looking close to punching him.
“Calm down, Shadow. If you can put me down, I would be happy to.” He eased. Shadow suspicions gave it enough time to teleport shadow back to where he was previously. Everyone else either got ready for a fight or cowered in fear.
“You better explain cause most of us are unsure if you aren’t just gonna kill us.” Blaze brought up, fists on fire. The entity chuckled
“Very well. I am Kiryu Kenobi! A watcher who’s seen your realms from in between the dimensions.” Kiryu introduced himself. “During my viewings, I saw someone had peeked in and threw something, causing chaos across the realms.” Kiyru explained. Most of them were surprised by this, but Blaze’s eyes widened at this, sounding like the meteor that had crashed the Sol Emerald shrine. Kirby was also wondering about this.
“Wait, so you know something happened?” Blaze pressed.
“Yes” “Then why didn’t you prevent this!”
“Simple. I don’t interfere in the events.”
“Wait. isn’t you bringing us here and telling us this already breaking that?” Ristar pointed out.
“True, but I had planned around that. Not saying now.” Kiyru answered.
“Then why did you even bring us here” Waluigi complained.
“Well, I figured: why not show ye the events of what went down?” he proposed. The confused group looked around, having a better sense for it. Eventually the silence was broken by the captain falcon. “I am interested in seeing this”. His answer had the others looking at him. “Yeah, maybe it might be fun to watch.” Luigi agreed. Poliwag chirped in.
Eventually Blaze just sighed as Kirby seemed to want it as well. “Alright, Fine! As long as we can leave once this is done!” She demanded.
“You have my word Princess” The entity agreed. He claps his hands twice and a handful of seats in pairs with one for three appeared with accompanying tables for all.
“Alright, so seeing as a few of you already have beef with each other, you will all be in pairs for this watching. “He tells them, bringing out a list of the seating arrangements
“Luigi & Waluigi” the two grumbled though it could be worse
“Ristar & Poliwag” “Yayyy!!” Ristar picks up the pokemon and quickly heads to their couch, the pokemon not complaining at all.
“Shadow & Captain Falcon” The two looked at each other.
“ would be nice to get to know you” The captain holds out his hand to shake. Shadow gives a sigh, and returns it.
“Hmmph, not so sure myself”. Then walks over to their couch. Falcon simply shrugs and follows.
“Finally, Blaze & kirby” Kirby hugs Blaze’s right leg a little happy. “Blay!” he cheers, with Blaze confused “Kiyru, why am I paired with kirby?” Blaze wondered.
“I refuse to explain. Not please sit, I want to get this started.” Blaze wanted to complain, but the want to get this over with and kirby up at her made it difficult to do right then and now, so they walked over.
“Great! Now everyone is sitting down, a few rules and clarifiers” Kiyru happily informed, walking to the screen.
1. Verbal and physical spats are allowed, but no fights breaking out. Prefer to avoid too much harm though I understand getting angry at some points.
2. Whenever any wish to speak up, the viewing will pause automatically, then play when the conversation calms down.
3. Every few episodes - the adventure will be cut up into a number of episodes so it isn’t just a constant stream and so the boring stuff is kept to a minimum - a break will give you time to get up and walk around and for 3 of them, you’ll get food (this gets kirby to salivate, with blaze a little concerned over why it seemed hungry) though for these seatings, you’ll just get water to have something to drink. Also other things will be handled while you watch.
Kiyru seems to toss aside the paper after that. “And that’s everything! If anyone has questions, i’d recommend saying now or keep the silence on it till the first break.” it seemed all would. “Well, in that case, time to see just what caused that damn thing.” Kiyru walked away as the room got dark and the screen lit up with the following text:
