Chapter Text
Sasuke sat idly and held up the bucket Naruto puked in.
He hated seeing his ‘lover’ like this, but he knew it was necessary.
His plan had been going smoothly. Naruto had become used to and more accepting of his presence, and let him touch him without complaint.
Probably because he was so out of it. But a win is a win.
It had been almost half a year now, since he’d taken him in.
And almost half a year, since he had faked Naruto’s death. He gritted his teeth as he remembered the villagers’ cheers.
’Fools,’ he thought, as he removed the bucket once Naruto was done. He got him a cold glass of water to help with the burn in his throat, that usually came after throwing up.
He sat down on Naruto’s bed handing him the glass, and using his free hand to caress his golden hair.
A soft smile crooked his face, as he looked at the boy. He was paler than normal, due to the fact he hadn’t seen the sun in month.
Though, once he fully submits to Sasuke, he’d be happy to take him out for a walk.
Seeing Naruto like this hurts him more than it hurts the boy.
He just wanted Naruto to love him, he’ll do anything for that. Anything.
”How you feeling?” he asked once the blonde was done with his drink.
“…fine,” came Naruto’s tired reply.
“I know it hurts, baby,” said Sasuke, “but I promise soon you’ll start to feeling better, okay.”
”really..?
“Yes, all you gotta do is love me,”
”Why..?”
Sasuke gritted his teeth at the response, but remained his composure,as to not scare him.
”Because I’m the only one you have left, my love, all your friends, family, left you, forgot about you, but I didn’t I’m still here, I still love you.”
Tears welled up in Naruto’s eyes at Sasuke’s words. “They forgot about me?” Naruto asked, in a shaky voice.
”Yes, those traitors forgot about you. Hell, some of them celebrated your disappearance. They think you’re dead and they’re happy about it, you meant nothing to them, Naruto.”
