Work Text:

Mr. Moony and Mrs. Ellie of the Pansy and Graham Montague household found themselves wondering just who these new cats were hanging out down the street from their home. Both looked eerily similar to Ellie with the fact they were both also a tabby. The problem, she thought, was that one's eyes seemed almost red! The other one had the shape of what looked like glasses marking its coat.

Moony gave a long meow when he noticed these two new cats roaming the street. Ellie took charge and decided they would investigate. When the Master of the house opened the door, they took off and decided to sniff these new kitties out. The striped one with glasses markings did not like that and swatted at their faces. The other sat back and observed.

The littlest Lady Montague was turning 11, and things around the house had been leading the kitties to believe that she would soon develop her powers any day now. Officially, that is. She had shown signs before, but it was nothing like their Master and Misses full power.

Ellie thought back to a time where she remembered the Misses expecting. She knew before even Pansy herself, and so she spent weeks trying to tell her by planting her head and paws right on her belly. With the arrival of these two new cats, it only meant one thing — today was the day.
