Summary
Bones is held at knifepoint. He's not a great hostage. He's also not a great patient.
Jim and Spock are more than aware of his many redeeming qualities, however.
"I could say the same to you," Torian says. He's holding Bones' left arm twisted halfway up Bones' back, and as Jim watches, Torian's elbow jerks as he yanks Bones' arm higher.
Bones tips his head back a little, trying to balance the strain of his arm against the knife at his throat, and when Jim swallows, it's almost like he can feel the blade against his own throat, too.
