Chapter 12: 08 - ASMR

Summary:

How the Outlast characters would do ASMR-esque style videos.

Chapter Text

Miles Upshur

Miles is definitely not an ASMR fan until you coax him into listening to some. He's like, "wtf is relaxing about someone tapping?" but he grows to like it after a while. He'd make whisper videos and toy with his broken recorder to make noises. He may, also, do storytime videos about Murkoff, which Jeremy lowkey enjoys listening to.

Waylon Park

Waylon actually loves it, and he's surprised to learn you enjoy it, too. He likes inaudible whispering, and those water timers. ASMR helps him sleep, and he may even fall asleep recording a video.

Blake Langermann

He definitely finds ASMR questionable, but he enjoys listening to whispered versions of true crime. If he were to record one, he'd be fond of using light triggers. His flashlight is bright as shit, though.

Richard Trager

The man adores ASMR as long as it sounds gushy and mushy. Ear massages are his favourite, since no sane masseuse would touch him. He definitely uses his scissors in ASMR videos, though; His videos are hours long, and they're just him snipping aggressively.

Eddie Gluskin

Lullabies are his drug; ASMR creators that hum or sing are his go-to, and he isn't any different when it comes to making videos.

Val

Val doesn't listen to ASMR, but they do record some. Trailing their blade along the mic is their go-to as well as mouth sounds. Give them one of those ear 3-Dio microphones and they'll go to town.
