Chapter Text
Time passed and now Elliott has two kids with her, and it was such a blissful life they have together.
He made some extra money on writing a romantic erotica as he got inspired during the day after they had such wild sex that the words flowed out of him effortlessly.
Of course it got published under a different pen name, as he didn’t want his wife to see him as nothing but a sex crazed maniac.
He also didn’t want the whole Pelican Town to know how he behaves with her.
One day, he was browsing through his wife’s small library in the northwestern room when he saw a familiar looking book spine.
Pulling it out, he saw the erotica he had written and his face turned crimson.
Why does his wife have a copy of this? Did she realise it was him who wrote it?
It’s even next to the first book he gave her.
“Elliott?”
He flinched as he turned around creakily with the book in hand.
She stood by the entryway to the room, a curious look on her face. When her eyes dropped to the thing he’s holding, she started turning red and flustered.
“Oh…you found that…I..um…well…”
Elliott got flustered as well, as he couldn’t find the words to defend himself.
He really wrote it on a whim!
“My dear…the thing is…this is..um…” Elliott started but she held up her hands to stop him from talking.
“I..I got curious because a friend of mine from the city said it’s so detailed and intense so I ordered one and…and…” She stumbled over her last words, her face as red as a tomato. “I recognised your writing style and…and…um…”
Elliott wanted the ground to crack open and swallow him whole as he’s too embarrassed to face his wife.
What would she think of him now that his image of a gentleman is shattered like fragile glass?
“Elliott, I was wondering…”
“Ye—yes?” He squeaked, afraid of her next words.
She’s not going to ask for a divorce or anything like that, right? Having sex is part of married life, yes??
“Have you…been holding yourself back all this time?” She pouted as she walked up to him, shoving her face close to him even if she had to stand on tiptoe and lean against him for support. “Here I thought I knew you well but to think you were hiding this side of you while you already know everything about me is unfair.”
Elliott blinked stupidly at her as she slid her arms around his shoulders and pressed a kiss on his lips.
“I want to know you better, Elliott.”
He carefully placed the book he was holding in a free space behind him and wrapped one arm around her waist, leaning down to kiss her for a full minute.
“Don’t you have farm work to do?” He murmured against the corner of her lips.
“I’ve already shipped the fruits, vegetables and artisan goods. The wines and cheese are still not done ageing so there’s nothing for me to do outside…”
“I see…we should keep it down then, since the kids are napping in the next room.”
Needless to say, that mini library she has got filled with their low grunts and moans of pleasure and the poor furniture in that room witnessed the nastiest sex Elliott could muster that day that it was surprising to see his wife dressed up conservatively to hide the markings he made on her.
As for Elliott, he unbuttoned his collar so he could see the marks she made on his neck every time he passed by a mirror.
