As the oldest brother, Makito was supposed to be the most responsible one, and as youngest, Kai was definitely irresponsible. As a result, Makito often had to make sure Kai did his homework and chores despite not wanting to. Unfortunately for Kai, Makito wouldn't just do them for him, and made him actually do his work.
