Officer Naomasa: Good afternoon, young Midoriya, I'm Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi and this is my partner, Officer Tamakawa, we'll be the officers in charge of collecting your testimony, okay?
Midoriya: Good afternoon, officers, yes, that's fine with me.
Officer Naomasa: Sure, and well, could you tell me where you were when the invasion started?
Midoriya: I was with my companions, we had just listened to the instructions of No. 13 sensei, when suddenly in the center of the square a black portal appeared, from which the villains began to emerge.
Midoriya: Sensei, noticing this, ordered us to stay together and not move, and then asked No. 13 sensei to take care of us. To later launch himself to confront the villains.
Officer Naomasa: Your colleagues commented that you tried to stop him, why was this?
Midoriya: I'm a fan of heroes, and I've studied as many of them as I can, so I knew Eraserhead before I joined UA, and I know that he, being an underground hero, doesn't usually face crowds or go head-on against them
Officer Naomasa: So you were worried about him.
Midoriya: Yes, but he still lunged towards them and was slowing them down for a while, but the villain of the mist got separated and headed for our location.
Officer Naomasa: And how did you end up separated?
Midoriya: Well, he came in front of us, introducing himself and saying that they were coming to get rid of All Might, 13 sensei prepared to attack, but both Kach said Bakugo san and Kirishima san stood in front of him to attack the villain, so he couldn't proceed. And the villain took advantage of this to release his fog and it ended up taking us to different parts of the USJ.
...
Officer Naomasa: Miss Asui, could you tell me what you and your two companions did after they left the wreck area?
Asui: As we move towards the shore, Midoriya notices sensei's fight against the villains in the center of the square, and after a little discussion we decided to stay hidden and see if we could help sensei, kero, in any way.
Officer Naomasa: So you were able to witness everything that was going on downtown?
Asui: That's kero
Officer Naomasa: And you can tell me what they saw.
Asui: Sensei was facing all the villains with great ease, but suddenly the one with the hands lunges towards sensei, and even though sensei was able to face him, he ended up being injured by him.
Officer Naomasa: Was he the one who caused the damage that left him bathed in blood?
Asui: No, after he was wounded by that guy, another guy appeared, he had skin completely of a deep jet, with a beak and his brain exposed. He swept sensei away, treating him as if he were a kero rag doll.
Officer Naomasa: And how did Eraserhead end up without any injuries? From what you're telling me, it sounds like he shouldn't even have ended up conscious, let alone how we found him.
Asui: It's just that after sensei ended up immobilized, something strange happened, kero.
Officer Naomasa: And what was that?
Asui: We heard a loud noise, kero, when we saw where it was coming from, we saw what it looked like, that the sky was breaking, getting bigger and louder. When suddenly a great light came out of it, which blinded us for a few seconds.
Officer Naomasa: And what happened after you were able to see again?
Asui: When we were able to see again, there were no cracks or lights in the sky, instead there was a young redhead slightly older than us.
Officer Naomasa: A young man?
Asui: Yes, he had black military clothes like from the old books and long red hair.
Officer Naomasa: And what did this young man do after he appeared?
Asui: After he appeared and the surprise passed a bit, the man by the hands started yelling at him, and the young man came down from where kero was floating.
Asui: The man hands, it seems that he didn't like to be ignored because of what he sends to the one who immobilized sensei, I thought he was going to end up as a sensei.
...
Officer Naomasa: And what did the young man do in response?
Mineta: He seemed so unstoppable, even being in front of that great creature, the young man was as if he was nothing and the creature seemed to know it too, since with a single look from the redhead it was subdued.
Mineta: He was so great, he fearlessly and with a single glance was able to paralyze the villains, and as it seems wherever he comes from he must be very popular. With her beauty and character, she is sure to have many women at her feet...
...
Officer Naomasa: And what else happened?
Midoriya: When the young man's presence, which felt like a heavy blanket, disappeared from around us, the creature began to beat itself violently, it was terrifying.
Officer Naomasa: Did you start self-harming?
Midoriya: Yes, but it was also regenerating, the redhead seeing this said that it was created out of people's desperation.
Officer Naomasa: Created?
Midoriya: Yes, and then the man with the hands confirmed it, but the young man kept talking and said that he would purify that despair.
Officer Naomasa: And what did you do next?
Midoriya: He raised one of his hands, and with this action, lightning began to generate in the sky.
Midoriya: Then, with a wave of his hand, he caused the lightning bolts to strike and hit the creature. Which, on contact with them, ignited in flames of a color of rose gold, beginning to burn as if nothing had happened, forming pink ashes that looked like sakura petals.
Midoriya: And even though it looked like the being had a regeneration quirk, the flames consumed it like nothing, maybe if regeneration didn't work with the burns, but that would make the quirk somewhat strange, since...
...
Officer Naomasa: And what did you do after you pinned down the villains?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: He walked over to where I was still lying, at that point I was just being held conscious out of sheer stubbornness.
Officer Naomasa: And what were his subsequent actions when he had you in front of him?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: He bent down in front of me and took out another bottle from I don't know where, he looked at me for a few seconds, I don't know what he was looking for, but it seems that he found it, because seconds later he formed a big smile, and then poured all the liquid from the bottle on top of me.
Officer Naomasa: Why did you do that?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: From the looks of it, that liquid possessed some healing properties, because after pouring it on me, my wounds began to heal quickly, and in seconds the vast majority of the damage received was gone.
Officer Naomasa: You're saying, it was... Like a healing potion?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: You could call it that, he left more of these bottles, the ones that weren't used and handed over to the police.
Officer Naomasa: Did you use more than one?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: Yes, for some reason, my instincts told me to trust that young man, that if I followed his words everything would be fine, and even though my common sense told me that I shouldn't trust a stranger so easily, I did.
Officer Naomasa: Has anything like this ever happened to you, where your instincts were completely against your common sense?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: Sometimes, but always it's to warn me of a threat, never to tell me it's safe.
Officer Naomasa: I see, and do you think that maybe the young man has some connection to the group that invaded the USJ?
Pro Hero Eraserhead: He doubted it, from what I sensed he didn't seem very pleased to be here.
Officer Naomasa: I understand thank you for the interview.
The case, USJ's Crimson Call, is on temporary pause until the suspect's DNA test results are revealed.
Among the interviews with witnesses, it was confirmed that the subject is a male, who has long red hair, white skin, European features, and an average height of 175 cm to 180 cm.
The police force has asked the International Heroes Union for information about anyone who meets these characteristics, but so far there has been no response from them.
So with the capture of most of the others involved in the invasion and with the lack of new leads for the progress of this investigation, it is on hold until the results of the laboratory shed new light on the case.
...
DNA evidence has been revealed, and instead of shedding light on the investigation, it only created more mysteries to it.
The tests showed that there is no record of similar or similar DNA in the list of Japanese citizens, nor in the list of villains of the International Union of Heroes.
Instead, tests on the subject's blood revealed his lack of the quirk gene in his system, feeling his DNA more like that of a person from before the quirk awakening.
The samples were sent to another laboratory for investigation to check that there had been no error, but this one also released the same results, being that they discovered that the subject's blood had a small healing factor, but this was mild and after the tests, this effect ended up disappearing.
These results only opened up more questions, who is he?, where did he come from?, what were those abilities he showed at USJ if he is not a quirk?, what happens to this healing power?, and when will he reappear?...
A few sheets, which had been checked several times, were placed on the desk by a large and frail hand.
The owner of it was none other than the great hero number 1, All Might, who was now in his original form. With a long, heavy sigh, he runs his large hand over his gaunt, tired face, and then turns to see his other three companions.
These subjects also have worried and tired looks at the situation.
After all, if their assumptions were true, they would have to prepare more than imagined.
"This may just be a mistake and soon we'll get more information that proves it's not him," he said, trying to convince his teammates, although he said it more to himself.
"I took care of him," she said as a last hope, seeing how her expressions did not change.
"Yagi, we never found his body," said the little white mammal "We have to have it as an option that he is involved in this, even if we don't like the idea."
"Nedzu is right, so get serious, the possibility that this guy is alive and reappears is great and at least we know it, with this we will be able to prepare better, so stop regretting it" said the old hero with an annoyed tone, although he was also worried about what could happen.
Listening to his master's harsh words, All Might couldn't stop a shiver from running through him, but he was right, at least they knew something and could prepare, and he didn't know that they were waiting for him, so they had that advantage on their side.
"They're right," he said in a half-confident tone, "at least we expect him and he won't know that he hit him," she said, recovering her spirits a little and then looking at the last guest, who remained silent since he handed over the sheets.
"Thank you Tsukaushi for the information, and please do your best to keep this information as guarded as possible," All Might said, seeing his good friend who looked somewhat worried.
"Sure, leave it to me," Tsukauchi said with a soft smile, seeing how his friend was starting to get in the mind of facing his possible nemesis.
And even if the situation seems complicated, at least they know what they may be up against, and this time they'll be ready to hit him from behind.

Declaration
Todoroki Shoto (15), with the date of birth 11/01/XX, with an ID card with DNI NRO: 2015415, UA student, class 1A.
Officer Sansa's interrogation of Shoto Todoroki for the case calls her Crimson.
Officer Sansa: Very young Todoroki, after you came out of the landslide zone what you did do next?
Todoroki: After freezing the villains in the landslide zone and noticing the presence of my partner Hagakure, I decided that the best thing to do would be to head to the center where the leaders of the attack were.
Officer Sansa: And why did you come to that decision, wouldn't it have been better to regroup with your comrades?
Todoroki: Yes, but being one of the most knowledgeable for a situation like this, after the teachers, I decided that I could help sensei who was obviously at a great disadvantage.
Officer Sansa: I see, and what did you find when you got to the center?
Todoroki: What I found was something I may never forget, after a sudden flash, a young redhead appeared.
Todoroki: From what I saw the young man seemed to say something, but because of my distance I couldn't hear anything, but after a while, he activated his quirk, which seems to be of the elemental type.
Officer Sansa: Why do you think that?
Todoroki: Because as it seems, he uses the concentration and interaction of molecules to generate the elements he showed, such as wind, lightning, and fire. My quirk is something similar since I can also affect them to change the temperature of my sides.
Todoroki: And I'm sure it must take a lot of practice because I've only seen Endeavor create such destructive flames in such a short time and with such ease.
Todoroki: Also the shade of the young man's hair is very similar to his... and his gaze... It looked alike.
(Young Todoroki stared at nothingness for a while, seeming to be struck by something he understood.)
Officer Sansa: What did it look like?
Todoroki: Is it...?
Officer Sansa: What, Young Todoroki?
Todoroki: My brother from a secret love?
(¿A possible lost brother? Enlace .)
