• The start of this Au is much like the show except its just Mao Mao who breaks the gem and stays behind. Meets Adorabt and builds a little sheriff office on the cliff overseeing the kingdom.
• Monsters still come and attack and Mao Mao saves them, but now he has to help the citizens understand a different type of threat. The ones that are wolves in sheep’s clothing…no, it’s ok Chubbums there are no wolves here…no, no sheep’s were hurt its just a matter of speaking..No, Pinkie you cannot borrow the sheep clothes, and YES I PROMISE NO SHEEPS WERE HURT AND THERE ARE NO WOLVES AROUND CHUBBUMS!!!
• Mao Mao may help the citizens Pure Heart Kingdom a lot against monsters and beast but they also in some ways help him out. Ol’ Blu helps him with his rough past. Marion is a great work out partner when he wants to exercise with someone. Muffins helps him out with cooking when the recipe doesn't come out right or he cooks because he’s stressed, she comes or he goes to her bakery to help out. Farmer bun cooks him cobbler, when it’s been a rough day for Mao Mao physically or mentally. And Adorabat helps Mao Mao be a better dad- Sheriff to his deputy than his father was to him.
• Enter in his ex, Tanya Keys and her new partner Badgerclops who Mao Mao has heard about in his travels. And they rock Pure Hearts Kingdom, with Badgerclops laid back personality and Tanyas swift planning and moving the citizen never expect anything. Which frustrates Mao Mao, because thEY ARE LITERALLY STEALING YOUR CAMERA SCOOPS!!! Badgerclops likes the town because of the food, how easy trusting these people are and not because of Mao Mao and Adroabat. Food and only food is the reason, the bunny farmer dude makes great cobbler.
• Tanya and Badgerclips although enjoy stealing and conning people, they stick around. Tanya sticks around because she just needs a short break and what's a better place to take a break than in a naive kingdom? Badgerclops is just happy to rest his feet and fill his stomach.
• Tanya and Badgerclops somehow manage to stay in the sheriffs home. Its unclear who said it should be done, Mao Mao so he can keep a closer eye on them, Adorabat because “the more the merrier!!” and she really likes Tanya and Badgerclops. Tanya because she feels better in his space and Badgerclops because…their house is nice... shut up and stop asking questions....
• Tanya and Badgerclops planned on only staying for a few days. They take what they can then bounce, Mao Mao was not really part of the plan. This is their 3rd week, and they aren’t even half way to the amount of treasures they usually have. Badgerclops argues to stay 1 more week, Tanya is done and ready to move on it’s clear they won’t get more stuff with Mao Mao around.
• They find out after 5 days of staying that Mao Mao also fights against sky pirate who want to take that big gem on the castle. Tanya never joins in when Mao Mao fights them, but Badgerclops does. And he only gets into fights because one of the pirates had knock over a plate of good cobbler ice cream which Badgerclops has never forgiven them. Its fun kicking sky pirates butts so he occasionally helps fight monsters.
• Time skip because I’m lazy. Tanya Keys is starting to get comfortable around the town which makes her feel like she needs to leave now. Mao Mao and Badgerclops are getting closer like intimately close, it’s weird both are aware of the atmosphere but try their best to avoid and ignore it. Badgerclops holds off because this is Tanya's ex and it feels weird, like that kiss they had that one time to get out of being arrested. Mao Mao hesitates because he's a criminal....but now he’s not anymore...and he’s also his ex’s ex partner in crime.
• Until one day the gem as it turns out that instead of protecting the kingdom is actually a seal to lock the most powerful evilest creature. King Snugglemagne ’s ancestors had imprisoned long ago to protect the world from the evil kings vile touch of pain and insanity. That’s why there are so many monsters and creatures around the weak and small town, it was originally a monster city, and most of the towns people themselves were monsters that lived in the city but once the evil king was sealed up. The evil that plagued the land was sucked up and locked away along with the king.
