Chapter Text
TepidCritic here!
I want to thank everyone who reached the end of book one of Alexithymia. It has been over six months since I started writing and publishing the chapters, and I’ll have to admit that writing has been incredibly slow towards the end and I apologise (yup, writers block).
No matter what, as long as readers interact with my story, I’ll feel happy and slightly accomplished that at least some people enjoyed this fanfic. Just reading the comments gives me motivation to continue writing as I know that there are people who are looking forward to the words I type on the computer. So thank you for giving kudos, or even just hitting my fanfic!
Yaomi is a pretty complicated character to write since she has almost no sense of morals, so she’s not able to identify what is wrong or right. She purely operates on intuition or gut feeling, based on what’s best for the situation. Almost all the time, she would question herself if she’s even doing the right thing, but she pushes forward (for what purpose though?). At least Yaomi is slowly learning as her experience in the Survey Corps grows stronger! <3
Book I of Alexithymia was all about discovering more about the Titans and what was beyond the Walls.
Book II of Alexithymia will go beyond the Walls and beyond the ocean as the people of Paradis Island discover more about the world, which hates them. It will beg to question, ‘ Who is the enemy? ’
And finally,
Will the world be nice enough to allow the relationship between the two aloof Captains of the Survey Corps to develop?
As soon as I’ve started to write Book II of Alexithymia, I’ll publish a sneak peek of a scene in the next chapter. Soon, you should see the second book in my profile.
Again, thank you and please wait for the publication of the sequel of Alexithymia!
A bit of spoilers: Lost feelings have been found. But in what way?
