Bio:

Tsubasa Yuunagi hails from the Puni Bird Tribe of fairies, native to Skyland. Long ago, the Puni Bird Tribe gave up their ability to fly in order to assume human form. During his childhood, his father temporarily regained his ability to fly to save Tsubasa from falling from a passenger bird. This childhood encounter inspired Tsubasa to learn a way to regain the Puni Birds' ability to fly.

After one fateful attempt to fly, he ended up crossing a portal to Earthrealm where he was found and nursed by Yoyo Nijigaoka; a scholar from Skyland who settled down in Earthrealm who allowed him to take up residence. During his residence there, he put his time into studying aerodynamics and other related matters, eventually coming to take care of the infant Princess Elle together with Sora/Cure Sky and Mashiro/Cure Prism.

 

It was Princess Elle that proved to be the key to helping him rediscover his ability to fly. During a Ranborg attack from the Undergu Empire, Elle was knocked off her sling bag, forcing Tsubasa to jump after her. While he was saved by Elle, Elle fell into the hands of a Ranborg. Despite this, Tsubasa refused to give up in his quest to save Elle, earning him his Sky Mirage and transforming him into Cure Wing

.

With his dreams of flying achieved, Tsubasa resolved to become as well learnt as Yoyo. During a trip to Outworld on invitation of Liu Kang together with Mashiro/Cure Prism, he was drawn into a conspiracy by General Shao, Quan Chi and Shang Tsung only to be rescued by Liu Kang. Fighting alongside the champions of Earthrealm with Cure Prism, he fights to protect Sky Land from being targeted by others who seek to manipulate the timeline of the New Era for their own benefit.

Intro Animations

Intro 1: Cure Wing pulls out his Sky Mirage.

Throw Animation: Birbs Kick

Cure Wing backflips onto the opponent's shoulders after hitting the opponent in the face with his Sky Mirage, then kicks his opponent from behind in the torso to knock his opponent to the ground.

Special Moves.

Wing Shot: Cure Wing shoots a wind orb from his Sky Mirage.

Vulture Puke: Cure Wing orders his pet vulture to puke into his opponent's face, stunning his opponent for a free hit.

Peck-Peck: Cure Wing orders his pet vulture to peck out his opponent's eyes, dealing chip damage.

Bolas: Cure Wing throws a bolas into his opponent's legs, tripping up his opponent.

Hover Stance: Cure Wing hovers above the ground by a few centimeters, rendering him immobile and immune to low attacks but gaining him access to the following moves .

• Dive Tackle: Cure Wing flies into the opponent, sending the opponent to the ground and knocking them a short distance.

• Dive Kick: Cure Wing executes a dive kick to the opponent's shins , causing his opponent to stumble.

 

Fatal Blow: Who's a Birdbrain?

Cure Wing starts his Fatal Blow by slamming a wind orb into his opponent, causing his opponent to stumble back and allow his Kameo to execute their Fatal Blow. Once his Kameo is done, Cure Wing grabs the opponent by the throat while lifting his opponent to the sky, punches his opponent to the ground and then executes a Macho Man Randy Savage-style elbow drop to his opponent's throat, breaking it before jumping off his opponent.

Fatality 1: Hollowed Out:

Cure Wing rips open his opponent's abdomen, then calls in his bird friends with a cry of "Snack time, my friends!" to enter the hole he ripped into the opponent's abdomen earlier. The birds then peck out his opponent's eyes from the inside before exiting out the hole he created earlier, killing his opponent . As his opponent falls over dead, Cure Wing's birds emerge from and feed on his opponent's corpse

 

Fatality 2: Wing Tele-frag.

Cure Wing assumes his energy phoenix form and flies into his opponent, fading away in the process. The opponent screams in terror as Cure Wing's phoenix form's head bursts out of their head, followed by his phoenix form wings bursting out of their arms before his opponent explodes, revealing Cure Wing who then has a small chuckle before facing the screen and posing.

Animality: Shriked!

Cure Wing transforms into a giant shrike, then proceeds to lift the opponent with his claws while summoning a bed of spikes that he drops the opponent into, impaling and killing the opponent. He then proceeds to feed on the opponent

 

Test Your Might: Cure Wing attempts to break the object with his Sky Mirage. If successful, Cure Wing smiles as his pet vulture perches on his shoulders

 

Brutalities:

1. The Klassic: Cure Wing punches his opponent's head off with an uppercut.

2. Back Throw: Cure Wing throws his opponent into the camera, splattering his opponent.

3. Hirogaru Drill: Cure Wing executes his throw, only to punch a hole into the opponent's torso with the final blow. Wing then exits out of the hole in the opponent's torso before posing.

4. Euugh, Gross!: Cure Wing orders his pet vulture to puke into his opponent's face, causing his opponent to snap their neck in sheer disgust.

5. Twofer!: Cure Wing throws his bolas into his opponent, slicing his opponent in half at the waist.

6. Wing's Talons: Cure Wing dive kicks his opponent with such force that the opponent's legs are destroyed.

7. Hole in One!: Cure Wing sends a wind orb into his opponent, blowing a hole in the opponent's torso.

8. Tackled: Cure WIng executes his Dive Tackle move, knocking his opponent to the ground. He then proceeds to smash in his Cure Mirage into the opponent's head with such force that he splatters his opponent's head.
9. The Eyes, Man!: Cure Wing executes his Peck, Peck move, only for his pet vulture to peck out the opponent's eyes completely, killing his opponent.

"My pet vulture. Don't worry, he won't peck your eyes out unless if I ask him to."

"Then how come you were suckered by Havik into flooding Seido?"

 

"How's your fight against the Yakuza?"

"The Red Dragon have their fingers in every Yakuza family!"

 

"We are all heroes in our stories, Cure Wing..."

"First a wedding attack, now this!? You are'nt a hero."

 

"I would like to test my armor against a PreCure!"

"After being involved in Shang Tsung's Titan self's conspiracy together with Cure Prism, I thought that my troubles were over and the Hirogaru Sky PreCures could go back to fighting the Undergu Empire."

"However, new threats appeared to Earthrealm such as the Lin Kuei under Bi-Han. While we managed to fight the threats off for now, we were stretched to exhaustion. Worse, I've heard that other PreCure teams were facing the same problems as well."
