Delsin screamed in agony, each spike flowering beneath his skin into some fucked-up kind of grenade shrapnel that dug deep into the sinews and tendons in his leg, taking root and refusing to let go. “And if you won’t tell me exactly what I want to know, I’ll hit you harder… and harder… and harder… and I won’t even give you the luxury of death. I will torture you within an inch of your life and make you kneel at my feet as you beg for your miserable little life like a fucking dog.”
